I placed a order yesterday 6/18/21. My husband got the teriyaki tips and added a side of roasted potatoes. The tips were over seasoned and so nasty no one in the house would eat it. I ordered the four piece white fish the seasoning in the breading was awful like someone was experimenting with seasonings. The hush puppies were dried out. But at least my kids food was ok. This is the first time I have had a bad experience with Shef’s. The girls are awesome they are always happy to help. I honestly believe y’all need to bring back the old menu this new menu sucks. Can’t even get steak anymore.

I haven't had a bad meal here yet. I do wish that their salad bar will be reopened soon. I also wish that they would let you have more than one trip to it. I think they want around $4 for one trip and that is a little stingy considering that most restaurant's in the area don't limit you to one trip. Otherwise, they are the best restaurant in the small town of Rogersville.

Seve was very poor tonight. Food was bland no flavor. For the price of our meal tonight was not worth it. We will not return.

The 4 of us had a wonderful supper. The food tasted great. Our server Laura was very good and attentive to us. Will definitely eat there again!

Pretty good, had the creole fish and shrimp, the sides were very good.
The decor is nostalgic, signage from an era long forgotten. The staff was very courteous as well as prompt. The food was very good. The reason for the 3 Star rating, is due solely for the fact that the carpet, in at least 1 of the larger dinning areas can only be described as being in a movie theater at the last showing of the night & your feet are sticking to the floor due to all the spilled soda on the floor. The carpet feels so bad, at 1 time I actually needed to grab my leg & lift it, as I was so stuck to the floor. At 1st, I thought it was me, but other members of the party I was with noticed the same as me.

Our first time. Service was slow, food not cooked to order. Ran out of baked potatoes, salads were brought out when steaks were done she forgot about them. No sorry we messed up your order only I’ll let the cook know. Really?!? Not worth the money or time!

The service was great and the food was okay. My ribeye steak while it had a great flavor was really stringy and tough to eat because of that. My better half said the fried mushrooms appetizer was amazing though!
