Visited this location a few times in the past 6 months. Seems like there is always something wrong whether it be the quality of service, or the food. This past time I did a pickup order and our sandwiches were made wrong. Tried calling the store to ask for a remake multiple times and left a message but they never even bothered to return my call. Won't be ordering from this location again.

When I tried to use my digital gift card which had $10 on it, the man waiting on me refused to take my card. I started to tell him to shove that sandwich but I really love the meatball sub. So I paid cash was not happy with the service at all.

Pretty much half of the order was wrong.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken sub and what I received was regular shredded chicken. Absolutely terrible, no flavor.
I ordered it as a combo and requested coke, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I received some chocolate walnut or something, don't remember what it was. Keep in mind I had no idea the food part was incorrect until I got home.
The woman with the 5 o'clock shadow proceeded to argue and tell me I didn't order a drink. Like, lady you just made this order (incorrectly of course) you see it says combo right there with "small coca cola". I guess she was too busy sharing posts on Facebook how great Biden is doing and can't wait to vote for him again.. but we will let that be. Thats "their" (cant tell if man or woman with 5 oclock shadow pink hair and deep voice so I must use the political correct identification " their" to include all genders) business.
Will I go back to this location? No. I'll either stay in Athens or proceed to Killen area subway.
I guess they took away the portion of attaching photos I'd love to show what I received VS what the receipt says.

My mother and I will no longer be giving this location our business. Food always tastes great, though the appearance of the toppings such as lettuce and tomato was lacking, and possibly a health code violation as the last two times I've gone, both the lettuce and tomato was contaminated with other pieces of food I didn't want, as well as contaminated with seasoning. What if someone was allergic to pepper? Also, as a general statement fir Subway, your bags are worthless. As seen in the attached picture, we only had two sandwiches in the bag, and still the 'reinforced' handle broke before even getting out the door!However, the impetus to leave this review and to never give this location our business again is the fact that they refused to give us our coupon discount. The other picture attached is the brand new coupon we received in the mail. We did not purchase the excluded sandwiches. And it is more than a month til the expiration. We purchased two footlongs as the coupon is for. When the kid tried to scan the coupon, it wouldn't scan. When a coupon won't scan, EVERY SINGLE business I have ever visited where I have had this issue will inspect the coupon, verify its validity with what I have purchased, and then override their system to post a coupon manually. The kid at the register wouldn't listen to me. He kept restating that the coupon wouldn't scan. He never inspected or read the coupon. And he insisted he couldn't manually post a coupon. I know for a fact that Subway can as I have run into this issue before. He wouldn't even get his manager to help.Therefore, refusing to honor a valid store coupon gives me no choice but to take my business to another location that will. And indeed, another location did 2 days later.

Sandwiches were good, but ordered bacon on both and neither had any. AND, the HUGE metal cover that blocks the public view of the meats going on their orders should BE REMOVED!! What is Subway hiding?

Ordered a foot long coldcut with shredded mozzarella cheese toasted. First they put the wrong cheese on there cuz last I checked mozzarella is not orange. That whole thing could have been avoided had they not put this metal lid thing in the way of the glass. I asked for it toasted and I’m sorry but 20 seconds is not enough time to toast a sandwich. Because my sandwich isn’t crunchy and the cheese isn’t even melted. It’s a good thing I’m not pregnant or I wouldn’t be able to eat my sandwich.I give them 3 stars because they atleast fixed the cheese problem.
