Ordered 2 cheese tacos which were correct I ordered 2 soft tacos with extra beef and extra cheese one had extra beef with no extra cheese the other one had no extra beef and no extra cheese and I ordered 1 regular soft taco and it only had beef and no lettuce or cheese it cost me over 22 dollars and I didn’t get half of what I ordered when I got home !!!!!!!

This is the second time me and my mother have been here in the past couple of months. They always mess up our order in the drive through. Putting in random food numbers ignoring what we say. Last time I ordered my meal and they didn’t even give me something close to it. My mother’s order they just ignored what number she said and gave her something completely different. They also didn’t ask her what she wanted to drink they just put in a random drink for her (her being the nice lady she is she didn’t complain about it then) I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a hard shell taco and they gave me a soft shell instead as well. They don’t listen to what you say and they just ignore you. Never again going there.

We didn't stay at the Taco Bell to eat, but while we were there the staff was all really nice and ready to help. There were other customers in there eating and they smiled at us and seemed friendly. Our food was super good and we didn't order any drinks.

I ordered 2 chicken chalopas and 4 soft tacos and 2 drinks. I requested both hot and mild sauce. My order was $34.96 received only hot sauce no napkins, tacos didn't have tomatoes or sour cream. I feel that for the price I paid I was shorted.

We stopped here after coming back from Huntsville. The food was just ok. Usually I love Taco Bell, but this time it just wasn't that great.
Quick and Friendly drive-thru. It's a Taco Bell, in Rogersville. As of this review, the building is still clean, modern, and VERY brand-new. This building was built around the COVID outbreak so there are very few, even today, indoor patrons.
Parking: The parking lot is still very clean with plenty of well-marked and defined parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are areas dedicated and clearly marked for the handicapped. The spots have plenty of room to maneuver with easy access to a ramp leading up to the entrance .
Honestly never thought I’d write a review, much less a good review for a Taco Bell…. But this place, I’ve got to give them props. Our food is almost always hot and actually quite good. I have no complaints about amount of portion or sauces. Only wish the quesadillas were crunchy instead of mushy.
