The best bbq in Alabama. I've started having Mike's BBQ back in Madison long time ago and this new location beats that one. They also have a bar in Rogersville, which is hard to find.

I ordered dinner for a friend and myself. We had the smoked chicken and brisket , beans, and fries. Portions were of good size, and the flavor of the meats was wonderful.

They were short staffed the night we came which was 1 week since they had first opened. The quality of food was top notch. The flavors were great and the banana pudding was said to be award winning. I don’t typically care much for banana pudding but, it was delicious and I could eat it every time we go in the future. I had the pulled pork and the sliced turkey. The green beans and baked beans are very flavorful and the macaroni and cheese is very good too. The menu said it had pimento in it but, the waitress said it was very mild and she was right since we were looking for something our 5 year old grandson would eat. So I’d highly recommend this place and I’m pretty sure that you will be a return customer. Hopefully they get some more good staff and they will really have a booming business.
