One of the cleanest, nicest Bojangles we've ever been in! We ordered the Cajun filet biscuit combo which came with a side and drink and one Boberry biscuit (yum). Served fresh and hot. Service was great! šÆš

Usually fine but tonight no, waited +15 minutes for the new sausage Bo biscuits āwith icingā and wings weāll call me crazy but they didnāt even try with the icing basically just squirted in the sauce barely enough to coat one let alone 5 and correct me if Iām wrong genuinely unsure but are those not crispy? Because ours were and had thought of getting grilled. For the record I had to add like a quarter cup of bbq to get this result.

Shoutout to Tammy (Older lady with the raspy voice). The service/attitude youāre providing is unacceptable. It about ruined my whole morning because of it. Iāll make sure youāre replaced :)

This has to be the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Yes we were there before closing but, the way I understand about running a business is. You take care of the last customer of the day like you do the first. Apparently this location missed the memo. I purchased a 4 piece all white meat chicken on the bone with a large borounds and an extra biscuit with a large tea. Well I should have checked the chicken after I discovered that they double fried the Borounds and I had to have them remade. I got back to the Hotel and discovered that the chicken was so dry that it was crunchy and unfit to eat. I say buyers beware

if i could give zero stars, i would. Disrespect from employees shouldnāt be tolerated, but a MANAGER being rude and disrespectful to paying customers is honestly sick. Considering we are regulars and visits this location frequently, i would expect a little respect. We sat at the drive thru window for 10 MINUTES(we had already been given our order) while the manager argued with us about our ātoneā when ordering our food.

Needs a new manager asap!! Place is going down hill. I have been served raw chicken twice from the MANAGER! It is very sad when you see that one manager there and you know the food is going to be cold or the wrong order so you might as well go somewhere else!
I went in to pick up dinner, and the workers were rude. Also, it had a terribly sour smell inside!

Biscuit were cold & hard , we asked for combos but instead of hash browns they up charged our drinks to a large without asking. We had no idea they didnāt get us our hash brown til we got home. Lady at the window was rude, also asked for jelly AND ketchup and she only gave us 1 packet of ketchup.
