Worst place in 2 counties to eat. Was told they were out of medium cups so give us smalls at the window but still charged for medium. If you're out of cups why should your consumer suffer from that mistake? Give larges or learn to effectively order in a manor that allows you not to run out.

One of the cleanest, nicest Bojangles we've ever been in! We ordered the Cajun filet biscuit combo which came with a side and drink and one Boberry biscuit (yum). Served fresh and hot. Service was great! šÆš

Usually fine but tonight no, waited +15 minutes for the new sausage Bo biscuits āwith icingā and wings weāll call me crazy but they didnāt even try with the icing basically just squirted in the sauce barely enough to coat one let alone 5 and correct me if Iām wrong genuinely unsure but are those not crispy? Because ours were and had thought of getting grilled. For the record I had to add like a quarter cup of bbq to get this result.

This has to be the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Yes we were there before closing but, the way I understand about running a business is. You take care of the last customer of the day like you do the first. Apparently this location missed the memo. I purchased a 4 piece all white meat chicken on the bone with a large borounds and an extra biscuit with a large tea. Well I should have checked the chicken after I discovered that they double fried the Borounds and I had to have them remade. I got back to the Hotel and discovered that the chicken was so dry that it was crunchy and unfit to eat. I say buyers beware

if i could give zero stars, i would. Disrespect from employees shouldnāt be tolerated, but a MANAGER being rude and disrespectful to paying customers is honestly sick. Considering we are regulars and visits this location frequently, i would expect a little respect. We sat at the drive thru window for 10 MINUTES(we had already been given our order) while the manager argued with us about our ātoneā when ordering our food.
