if i could give zero stars, i would. Disrespect from employees shouldn’t be tolerated, but a MANAGER being rude and disrespectful to paying customers is honestly sick. Considering we are regulars and visits this location frequently, i would expect a little respect. We sat at the drive thru window for 10 MINUTES(we had already been given our order) while the manager argued with us about our “tone” when ordering our food.

Biscuit were cold & hard , we asked for combos but instead of hash browns they up charged our drinks to a large without asking. We had no idea they didn’t get us our hash brown til we got home. Lady at the window was rude, also asked for jelly AND ketchup and she only gave us 1 packet of ketchup.

I I have got to at least put this out there I don't no if there is any laws against workplace harassment and bullying and I could have been the person who sneaks a recorder on me and record the things that go on at Bojangles' but NO ONE absolutely no one deserves to be treated and harassed by a co worker the way some people do so they hired me in for biscuit maker 3 months ago I was replacing a lady who had worked with them a year then put in her 2 weeks notice i was hired for 9-5 5 days a week i worked my but off called out 2 times and always tried to prove that i was good enough to fit in with the people never really felt accepted but always worked hard you can ask anyone who knows me they know I'm a hard worker so you have 2 sets of managers mom and daughter one set absolute amazing sweet and kind respectful . .. I'm about to prob have some people mad and honestly I don't care but the other set you have a shift lead as the daughter and the mother regular crew member just as you and I so I could have should have and wish I had the mental capacity to have stuck it out and stayed and recorded and got proof of what these people go through Monday - Friday when the lady's there she leans up against whatever position she's in and watches the employees work calling out any and everything these girls do or running them ragged while she's propped up against something since I got moved up front a week ago IV watched this lady bully and harass every employee that works beside her in the drive through window she's either telling them there slow ordering them around when I was in the back the lady's would come back there and complain to me everyday how this grown woman picks on them daily but yall never until this last week did i have to witness what these woman are dealing with something no one should have too go through everyday at work for 11&12$ an hour and today she came for me like i said whoever's running head set is the one catching all her hell ... So today was my turn and just my luck only the daughter was manager today so I have no witness as far as another member of management for what I endured from 8 until she jumped on me calling me "fumbly" she's litterly pushed me out of the wAy in the middle of lunch and is taking the orders on head set answering the beep punching the orders in doing what I was supposes to be doing so I let her do it until the daughter says kat you need to be punching in the orders I say well she litterly took over so i was making drinks i get too confused when shes answering the beeps and the mom proceeds to yell at me it doesn't matter you still punch in the orders mind you im new at this been there 3 months this is my very 1st time taking orders through lunch she said i was being to fumbly so she tells her daughter you either move me or you move her now, she' waits a min then tells me to move to front counter so instead of staying an getting dirty looks an mistreated i left so i hope shes happy that she ran me off because I refuse to be mistreated and to go through what the other lady's go through on a daily I can't my mind will not allow it and I dang sure ain't gonna fight this woman oh and I forgot to mention how she got on head set and made fun of me immediately after I come out the bathroom saying "who left this whatever she called it but sweat or something on the toilet " i say back its must of been me and i guess it was a funny joke to her she says from now own im bringing Clorox wipes with me. I'm just putting this out here I'm a grown up I can handle me but I want to be a voice for the younger lady's who are still there dealing with it daily maybe they will catch a break 💔 the other employee was crying today she was getting done so bad
