I was the only person in line and I was put on hold at the speaker and when I ordered I told them no mayo and no onions when I received my food after sitting there ten minutes my burger was cold and had onions on it

08/25/2024 @ 3:30pm in driv~thru. I just wanted to thank yall for the great service & my drink. I ordered a medium orange vanilla coke & it was the BESTEST drink I ever had. I have always gotten, in the past, a drink & not drank it. I've done it for almost 40 years now. But today my drink was absolutely the most BESTEST ever. So therefore I drank it all. Also tne houng man that was workin the drive~thru, should be givin a raise or promoted(js)he was tha most friendliest person.Again ty 5 such GREAT SERVICE. I give yall all the Starz in the universe. See yall next time

Went inside stood for 10 min at the counter while being ignored employees looking at me and doing Nothing . Then heard the manager yelling at people telling them they are not allowed to take any orders or help anyone until the people sitting in drive thru for 25 midget there food . Very unprofessional and RUDE recommend a different restaurant!

Happy to say they finally made some improvements to their food and service.
Every time I go to this store I have ordered a double bacon biscuit and a large sweet tea completely full of ice. I have not yet received a double bacon biscuit but instead I get a bacon egg and cheese. I believe this is intentional. The people there are very argumentative with me.

If I can give a negative rating I would. I arrived at 920pm waited 25 mins for a whopper meal and received it at 945pm. No refund when I asked. Was told I would get fresh hot meat for my wait. No, I want my money back so I can go elsewhere. Still sorry I can't do that. So I will be in touch with the corporate office about this. It's like no one cares anymore. Really sad as a Corporate business.
