I ordered a four piece chicken, with honey mustard and double fries. I received a fish plate with honey mustard. I didn't check before I drove 25 miles home and now it won't let my call go through to let them know what happened. Very frustrating!

Food tasted great. Nice cashiers. Sat here for an hour and every table is nasty. Two cashier's and cook...not busy at all...I expect cleaner dining area. I've worked faster food before and there is no excuse to have dirty tables while not busy

On 9/26/24 around 8:00 I was in captain D's in Russellville Al and they was amazing. I have eat at a lot of captain D's and I would have to say it was the best ever. They was very friendly and you could seem they enjoyed there job and to me that is a important factor of customer service. the store was clean everything was in place. The food was cooked on time I ordered it
