Food tasted great. Nice cashiers. Sat here for an hour and every table is nasty. Two cashier's and cook...not busy at all...I expect cleaner dining area. I've worked faster food before and there is no excuse to have dirty tables while not busy

On 9/26/24 around 8:00 I was in captain D's in Russellville Al and they was amazing. I have eat at a lot of captain D's and I would have to say it was the best ever. They was very friendly and you could seem they enjoyed there job and to me that is a important factor of customer service. the store was clean everything was in place. The food was cooked on time I ordered it

Normally food and service are good. Today however, I tried to order the 2 piece fish and 2 piece chicken. I was told it's only 1 piece Fish and 1 piece of chicken. Thinking they were confusing it with the smaller combo, i teied clarifying and asked about the one for $11.19 and was told again only 1 piece of each. i said the sign says 2 each and they told me a 3rd time, only 1 each, not 2. Told them they need to fix rhe sign and drove off. i ordered this a few weeks ago and had no issues.
