Parking: If you can't find parking then you won't be able to get seating...all good ....just everyone likes to go at same time.

On 9/26/24 around 8:00 I was in captain D's in Russellville Al and they was amazing. I have eat at a lot of captain D's and I would have to say it was the best ever. They was very friendly and you could seem they enjoyed there job and to me that is a important factor of customer service. the store was clean everything was in place. The food was cooked on time I ordered it

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not use it but I seen how good they had it sit...

The staff is polite. The food is so delicious ?. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant.

I dined inside with my family. I splurged and ate it all lol.

Kid-friendliness: It's a casual restaurant and all ages are welcome.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a one story building and level with the parking lot so very easy to use your wheelchair.
