Biscuits were hard. Just not the same as it was. Always have to wait in the drive-in a long time. Other than the biscuits everything was good.

Best deluxe breakfast I've ever eaten. You got grits, sausage and gravy, tater tots. Sausage patties, biscuit and eggs. I thought the price was very good, so was the service. I can hardly wait to try thir chicken and hamburgers and ice cream. Being new to alabama I'm a customer for life.

Had to wait 30 min for my food to carry out. Then someone put bag on counter they didn't call my name out it Sat there awhile till I heard a worker say as she was leaving shift I think this Mary. I told them I wanted strawberry pies, they were out. Then I said ok give me 2 apple pies. I get home and one was a chicken pot pie ? And fries were awful! There were bunch of workers that just seemed to be scrambling around ?

After waiting at the speaker to order, then I had to pull around and wait some more. To then get to the window to still wait. No cars in the parking lot except 3 and I am believing they belonged to employees. Because while I was waiting in the drive thru an employee came out, took an order for something from the other employer in the drive thru window, got in the car, left, only to come back several minutes later with several can beverages in his hand. And yes I was in line this entire time. When I made it to the window.... It was pure filth inside. I have had so many issues at this Jack's, I love the food but I think I am going to go to another Jack's when I am out of town. I door dash part time and I refuse to take an order at Jack's, it's never done on time and I always have to inform the crew at least 3 times that I am there to get the order, to which it is then started cooking.

Service was terrible, I order a strawberry and cream pie then drove 45 minutes home to bite into it to realize they gave me a chicken pot pie.Wasn’t even worth waiting in line for 25 minutes. Very disappointed and will not be back to the jacks in Russellville!

Got our food first almost never got our drinks and it took 30 mins to get my sons milkshake

I waited 20 minutes for my three simple food items. They had no comeback sauce made up. My food was cold by the time I got it, I also observed a customer ask for a bag to put his food and watched an employee hand him the bag so he could do it himself. 10/10 will not be back. To top it all off my lid was halfway on when I got my drink and I spilled my drink while trying to take a sip all over my food. This was the worst food experience I ever had. I was here September 24th around 6 am. The shift manager was too busy eating in the back to get my food off the ready each and hand it to me. A little girl also asked for extra gravy and I witnessed the employee say “she wants extra gravy” in a sarcastic manner to the shift manager. The made up ranch that is made is in an exposed bowl and got dipped out into a cup in front of me. If I had a dollar for every violation I saw I could retire.

Waited 45 minutes on food then half of it was wrong. Plus it was the manager packing the food. Since the remodel this place has went downhill.
