I ordered a 10 piece meal drove 30 miles before I could eat it and the chicken has been cooked in burnt oil. It is terrible. Never have. I had this at a KFC tried to call and no one answers.

If I could give no stars I would!! Horrible horrible service! We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and the employees walked right past us and never even acknowledged us. One employee was eating French fries with their gloves on. We finally walked out. Every single one of them need to be fired.

This is the Russellville Al location. Unable to get waited on. Five people behind counter no one would take orders in dining room. This is the second time this has happened employes act like they don’t care about helping. Number people leaving because no one would wait on them. They were lined up out the door no one would take there orders

Waited over 30 minutes for food . They literally have one couple in the dining area eating . And another couple waiting behind me for a family dinner . No one was in the drive through line . It shouldn’t have to take this freaking long for food . Absolutely ridiculous. If there was an option to give no starts ,I’d be happy to give no stars .

Went in today to get food and this place was a hot mess the poor man up front running around like a chicken with no head sweating terribly the man in the kitchen that was preparing food was grabbing food with no type of gloves on grabbing the food with bare hands this was horrifying to see and had guest fixing to eat food that was just swung on plate as I was walking cant get Noone to help going through drive thru worst experience ever done recommend eating at kfc at russellville location

Visited this location to get some food for some of my friends that were sick with the flu. The man that took our order was super nice and helped us pick out the pieces that would be the best. They cooked all of the food fresh. Great experience.
Staff either lacks the intelligence to speak in drive thru speaker or to lazy..Waited at speaker with no greeting. I said hello several times and finally got yelled at! There was Noone else in drive thru and only 2 cars in parking lot. They're totally incompetent and no way in hell.id eat their food with that attitude!
The worst thing happens they didn’t have gloves on and then wash their hands before preparing they they didn’t find any chicken inside my mom‘s chicken pot pie and did not do anything we even got videos for proof i’m not saying you have to, but I would suggest going to this KFC.

I don’t eat fast food often and I’m always disappointed after I do, but today was different. Chicken and sides were great and I haven’t had a soft biscuit from a chicken place in 20 years… well that changed today! Biscuits were soft and delicious! Great and fast service and kind workers! Great food! Way better than any other KFC I’ve been too.

I have to give KUDOS to Kilan at the Russellville, AL KFC!!!! I ordered the famous bowl and asked for extra corn. He told me that most folks usually only put 1/2 cup of corn on the bowl but it is supposed to have a cup. I'm just here to say that it was the best bowl I've had in a few years!!! Thank you Kilan!!!!

Found a bone in the chicken pot pie I waited half an hour for, while trying to dig out what I swear were pieces of chicken liver. Was trying to feed it to my 2 year old, and the bone was just perfect size to fit on a spoon, so certainly hazardous. Absolutely no excuse.
