This place deserves 5 stars based on the food on the menu. The buffet, I didn't know what it was because there were no labels. It didn't look that appetizing either. The service was friendly but wasn't that attentive because we weren't greeted at the door and we had to grab our own menus. I don't know if they cook one order at a time or not but my fiance was served before me.I will go again to see if it's better the next visit.Kid-friendliness: All casual and everyone is welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: One story and the ground is level.

Outstanding, family-owned restaurant. Huge portions, everything is homemade, even the sauces. Excellent! We will be back!

My wife and I ate there for the first time last night. The establishment is clean and the service was great. However, the food was the worst I've ever experienced. Enchiladas with salsa instead of enchilada sauce? Was that parmesan cheese on my plate instead of cheese sauce? Why did the refried beans taste funny?Tried my wife's super burrito and it was terrible too. Maybe these folks were just having a bad day but I cant bring myself to ever come back after that experience.

My tortilla soup was served barely warm. It looked fine. Clear broth with chicken topped with sliced avocado. My husband asked the waitress to have it reheated. The soup was reheated. It was the same bowl of soup because i had placed some tortilla chips in it, but the soup was now cloudy and it had a lot of cilantro added. It so had fresh chopped onion in it. I thought thst was strange since there hadnt been any cilantro or cooked onion in the soup before.I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I have to eat so i ate the soup. I started feeling bad as soon as we left the restaurant and by the time wevreachedcthe Pilot Truckstop i was ill.I was up all night. I will never eat at Las Palmas again I believe they deliberately put something in.my soup and that is why it was cloudy, then added cilantro and onions to cover the taste of the added ingredients. I believe the added ingredient was dish water. Never eat at Las Palmas.

We visit this place at least 2 times a month. The waitress works really hard to make sure we have everything we need while waiting on our food. The food is alway delicious and worth the wait. Everyone should try it at least one time, guarantee you will want to come back.

From the moment I walked into Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promised an authentic dining experience. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout my meal, providing recommendations that did not disappoint. The menu offered a fantastic variety of traditional Mexican dishes, each more tempting than the last. The food arrived quickly, a vibrant feast for the senses with rich aromas and beautifully presented plates. Every bite was a delight; the ingredients tasted fresh, and the spices were expertly balanced to create classic flavors with a memorable twist. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the enjoyment with its festive decor that paid homage to Mexican culture. It was clean, comfortable, and had just the right energy for a family dinner, a casual meet-up with friends, or a special date night.Las Palmas has certainly earned its place as a must-visit destination in Russellville for anyone looking to indulge in the true taste of Mexico. It's a culinary gem that I will be recommending to all my friends and family. A five-star experience that left me planning my next visit before I'd even left the table!

The best Mexican food in town! Have been coming here since my college days so I was happy to stop back in for an amazing meal and to see the same friendly faces. Highly recommend!

Good food. Good prices. Lots of options on menu. I went to La Huerta recently, and Las Palmas is much better.
