We saw the Pizza Hut full sized restaurant in Russellville, Alabama, some weeks back and promised ourselves to come back! We did, yesterday. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. ready to eat, only to be met with a huge sign on the door instructing us to go through the drive through!!! We traveled 1.5 hours to see a freaking drive through sign!! We left and went to a local pizza restaurant where we could eat in. We have ordered PH delivery in our city before, but no more. Done with PH.

We had some trouble getting my card to run on the app so I ran to the store for pick up. Everyone we talked to was very nice and the pizza was hot and my kids happy! Thank you guys.

To be honest I ordered pick-up. They don't have dine-in so I really can't tell you their atmosphere lol. Anyways, the call to order went very well. We could hear each other fine and the order went well. We were given the right estimated time to pick up the pizza and the pizza was made correct and it was so delicious. It was nice and hot. Definitely would order from Pizza Hut again!!!
Parking: No reason to park... just go through the drive-thru window ?

We ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered to our place of employment (right down the street). About 3.5hrs later and still no pizza or call or anything…A coworker was going to go out to her car and found our pizzas sitting ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DOOR. It had been there long enough for ants to be all in it AND IT WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT PIZZAS WE ORDERED. The worst part is actually the next day when I tried to see if they would correct the issue and deliver our correct order for night shift to have instead. I was told “the supervisor was out of town for several days” and she couldn’t help me and even if she could replace the pizzas I would have to come get them as she wasn’t going to have them delivered. I asked her to contact her supervisor or a manager above her and she agreed and told me to call her back in a little while. About an hour when I called back, she hung up on me then wouldn’t answer calls. She would literally pick up the phone then hang up every time I called over and over. At this point I don’t even want the pizzas bc I’m pretty sure adults that immature would do something to it, but it’s the principle. Who isn’t even adult enough to have a conversation and be accountable? Or to make 2 pizzas and bring them over because it’s the right thing to do? I have never in my life…#pizzahut
Drove 30 minutes to have a meal. Apparently, their "dine in" is "closed". I asked when will it be back open and was told "I don't know". One would think that they would have the doors locked as well as some hint of information that the dine in is closed. I'm not very pleased right now.
