A little slow and pricey but good service

Pulled in to give my order. Red light blinked. Then screen blacked out, another car pulled in and their order was immediately taken.
I pressed the red button again and waited for another 5 minutes and no service. Not the first time this has happened at this location
Left and pulled across the street to Burger King.

Sonic in Russellville is awesome and the gentleman Tevin made sure we got exactly what we wanted ! 5 🌟 for him !

Service was great! Might want to get the speakers checked. Very loud and crackling.

We ordered two smash burgers. We always ask for everything on it except cheese. These came with cheese, onions and pickles. Tasted nasty. Before they’ve put lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, mayo, pickles and onion on it. This was so disappointing I may never get that again.
Too expensive for that crap.

THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO CLOSE AT 10pm they are shutting down between 9&930 pm every night refusing to serve ppl or complete mobile orders when they have more than enough time to cook and serve food when they don’t close till 10pm

I usually stop once a week on way home so I don't have to cook. This is second time I pay that much for 2 super sonic bacon cheeseburgers and fries. I get home no bacon on cheeseburgers and fries aren't fries just little pieces you lost my business it's Jack's from now on. Sad part I always tip.

If no stars was an option that’s what I’d give. The whole 1st row of stall out of order. After pulling into way too many, finally checked in on the app. Waited from 1156-1238 to get my order. Only for it to be cold, stale. & my drinks in drinkable. Called to speak with someone who blamed it on the ap for not “checking me in”. However I beeped in 2x while waiting on my food. Worst sonic experience I’ve ever had.

If you're not willing to leave a big tip don't expect to get what you ordered or how you ordered it. I ordered there supersonic bacon cheese burger no pickles or ketchup. Instead i wound up with the single version which was about 2 dollars cheaper. Guess they decided to take there tip there way. The onion rings were clearly overcooked. Don't waste your time or money at the Russellville Alabama sonic it's really clear customer service and satisfaction mean nothing here very disappointing.

Almost all the signs are broken at this point, if you have the patience to wait for it it's worth it, but fix the signs for ordering.
