I love Taco Bell, having a place here in Russellville that allows me to eat late at night is awesome. But it feels like everytime I order from them, the food is messed up, even on the easiest possible instructions. I’ve had to go back multiple times for proper fixes before. I feel like employees should be trained to properly read the tickets that are printed out before and during the food making process. Paid for extra sour cream tonight, Got none instead, and the Crunchwrap was basically fully open and ready to fall out at the bottom.

My order is always correct, even when I add it wrong on the app. The manager is nice and helpful. I ordered at the wrong location on the app and he was going to make the food but they were not affiliated so I had to cancel.

Ordered a 9 dollar food box and the crunch rap had less then a skidmark of meat with an inch and a half of lettuce to make it like filling. Stomach is hurting so bad cause I cant eat a lot of lettuce and thats all it was for the most part I feel ripped off, if I wanted a taco salad I would have ordered it over 20 dollars for mostly lettuce, had to stop at another place to get something that wasn't stuffed to look like it would be filling so disappointed spending so much money at a place and still be hungry cause once the lettuce was gone all that was left was a few bites and zero flavor. Really dont want to go back till the food is atleast worth the price. And when asked to leave tomatoes off of my gals meal the gave it to her plan drinks had so much carbonation couldn't really taste the flavor of the drink at all dumped it out. Save you money and find another place to eat cause the folks who work this place dont listen very well cause they want to get back to talk and hangout. Wouldn't be so bad if it was the first time but this is the fourth time this kinda thing has happened. The last few times ive been gotten more breading then the stuff thats supposed to be in it. So very dissatisfied to say the least

Busy with the drive thru and really not exactly interested in the customer inside the store and my order was not correct despite me stressing repeatedly that I didn't want sour cream on anything that I ordered, guess what I was really surprised that I found sour cream on everything that I ordered and I am totally not able to have any type of dairy like that.
