We went through the drive through. Our food was cold and the meat smelled funny. We barely ate any of it. I hope we don't get sick. Food was cold, thrown together, barely wrapped and the burger meat smelled funny. It was like they dug it out of the trash and put it in our bag. People were rude and just pushed the food out the window while I was trying to put my card in my purse. They didnt want us to look at the disaster in the bag. Praying we don't get food poisoning. Do not eat here.please do not eat here.I will not waste money here again Garbage!!!

Sadly service is very slow like on STOP.. Drive through is ridiculous and the food is cold. I'm really enjoying Wendy's food. I believe that Russellville, Alabama should improve so sad. There's so much game playing in there. And food is not being served properly. I hope this improves until so I won't be back.

Never thought I'd write a review about a Wendy's but the young woman working the drive-thru/speaker last night was so rude to us. She'd prob do better in a position there with less customer interaction. Had the family with me and doubt we'll go back here again.

Me and my husband go here almost every morning usually the older lady and and tall younger lady with dark hair and glasses are the absolute sweetest and know our order and get it out fast and always are talkative and super friendly today was completely opposite I order 2 sausage biscuits and a medium drink then added a fry after standing for more than 20 minutes the food was put in a bag and tossed on the counter on is at this point I’m annoyed I stated we ordered a small fry she said the other lady didn’t charge me for knowing well I paid for it because she took my card twice she walks away annoyed complaining to the girl back there I’m guessing on how she was supposed to do her job all I can say is this the short dark haired employee with the glasses either need to be nicer or find another job obviously she hates the one she’s at with that being said we will no longer be eating there unless the taller dark headed lady with glasses and the older lady is the ones we are dealing with they obviously are the only ones who are polite and care about there customers and don’t get snappy and have an attitude also while I might add watching an employee make his own food before the customers that have been waiting patiently for there’s and have already PAID is highly unprofessional
