Never thought I'd write a review about a Wendy's but the young woman working the drive-thru/speaker last night was so rude to us. She'd prob do better in a position there with less customer interaction. Had the family with me and doubt we'll go back here again.

Me and my husband go here almost every morning usually the older lady and and tall younger lady with dark hair and glasses are the absolute sweetest and know our order and get it out fast and always are talkative and super friendly today was completely opposite I order 2 sausage biscuits and a medium drink then added a fry after standing for more than 20 minutes the food was put in a bag and tossed on the counter on is at this point I’m annoyed I stated we ordered a small fry she said the other lady didn’t charge me for knowing well I paid for it because she took my card twice she walks away annoyed complaining to the girl back there I’m guessing on how she was supposed to do her job all I can say is this the short dark haired employee with the glasses either need to be nicer or find another job obviously she hates the one she’s at with that being said we will no longer be eating there unless the taller dark headed lady with glasses and the older lady is the ones we are dealing with they obviously are the only ones who are polite and care about there customers and don’t get snappy and have an attitude also while I might add watching an employee make his own food before the customers that have been waiting patiently for there’s and have already PAID is highly unprofessional

We went through the drive-through. The food was exceptionally good. Some of the nuggets and fries were dumped at the bottom of the bag. A little attention to detail and an extra 3 to 4 seconds could have made this a 5 star review. A

Horrible experience. Drinks had no carbonation and when I asked the lady, she just said no we don't have any. No sorry, nothing. And our bacon was raw. Very crappy place to eat. Will never be back!

They just did a remodel. Inside now looks like a sterile cafeteria. Went right before lunch rush. Food was cold and soda flat. Will not go back.

We waited in the drive through line, with only two cars in front of us, for twenty minutes. When we got to the speaker the cashier lied to us about serving grilled chicken until we asked about the number 5, a grilled chicken wrap. We heard the cashier huff into the speaker when we said we just want the chicken that’s on that wrap. She then snapped at us, “do you want anything else?” We added a cinnamon pull-apart and immediately after asking for the dessert for another “do you want anything else?” We weren’t greeted, thanked, asked if we needed condiments, not a single kind comment or word. Our food was thrust out the window at us and then we were completely ignored.
Vegetarian options: Salads and fries are available as well as vegetable sandwiches.
