It literally took 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. I will never make the mistake of eating at this location every again. I Wasted my entire lunch break even after ordering ahead. The store wasn't even busy. How hard is to run a Wendy's? NEVER again. Thanks for stealing my only break today.

I've never been in a dirtier, slower and unkept Wendy's in my life. The tables were all dirty, the carpet on the floor smelled musty, the bathrooms were not clean and there were no paper towels. The employee at the counter was so busy texting that she didn't even see me standing directly in front of her for 3-4 minutes. I would go elsewhere. It's obvious the management doesn't care what their restaurant looks like either.

Have been waiting in the drive thru over 20 minutes and haven't even been able to order yet. There is no way out of the drive thru once you are in it. The wait is ridiculously long almost every single time I come here. I honestly do not want to eat here anymore because I keep hoping they will get it together and they are just short staffed that day, but it's been months and it is still a problem every time I come here. Final time for drive thru s order took 30 minutes.

I like this Wendy's better than most. They have the chocolate frosty more often than not. Some Wendy's are out of chocolate frosties a lot. I've noticed that they have the same employees for a long time. They mostly get the order right. If not, it's corrected without a fuss.

This is the worst Wendy's we've ever been to. Both times we made the mistake of going here, we regretted it. The service is abysmal, and if you actually are able to put in an order after 5-10 minutes of being ignored by the employees, you'll wait another eternity to get your food that isn't fresh. Take your business elsewhere.
Mrs Kathy went above and beyond for me and my babies last night gave them sweet baby chocolate frostys they was so happy and she paid for our order my card didn’t go thru I may have been short on some change and just really was so friendly polite kind and nice to us we will be going back for sure it’s good hearted employees that keep businesses up and running we love her quality was great ❤️
