The place was dirty and freezing inside. The employee said we don't have heat. The bathroom was nasty. They were out of America Cheese and Dr. Pepper. The chocolate chip cookies we got were dough, not baked enough. Driving through on our way to the beach, will never stop here again!

The time is 9:47 and the store is not open yet even though the store hours shows opening time to be 8:30. There is a black female outside in the subway uniform but multiple customers pulling in and then leaving when they see the store is closed
I can't really speak on the food, although I would love to but they do not abide by the hours on the door. Although it says they open at 8:30 today at 9:45 I showed up and the door was still locked despite the sign being on. No one is answering the phone so I'm left with it. Assume that they not open.

Half the time ordering online doesn't work because you still have to go inside. Some of the employees that work there are not very friendly with an attitude that they just have to be there.

Been sitting in drive thru for 25 to 30 minutes. Finally knock on glass to ask about our order...she is by herself and hasn't started on order yet. Was suppose to be ready 15 minutes ago.
I see at least four more online orders she hasn't started on.
EVERY TIME at this Subway in Samson. They need AT LEAST TWO PEOPLE!!!!
I feel sorry for the employees because they always leave just one person by themselves.

We ordered the special of the day, one foot long combo, and an additional foot long sub. The special of the day was $6.99 for a 6-inch sub, a drink, and either chips or 2 cookies. The second combo was a Chipotle chicken foot long sub with a drink and 2 cookies. After I paid for my food, and tipped 25% for the service, I asked what size drinks go with our combos, the employee said she didn't charge us for our drinks that she would have to ring those up separately for an additional price, nearly $8. Everything was going great up to this point. I looked at my receipt, and she had charged for 4 cookies and each sub. My 6-inch was $6.99 on its own. There shouldn't have been an additional charge for the cookies included with my combo, and I should have received the drink. Instead of trying to make it right, the employee wanted to argue that it wasn't her. It was the computer. The computer did it. Instead of making a scene over 2 drinks and being overcharged, we took our sandwiches and left without our drinks. This right here makes me not want to order anything else from this Subway. Do better. Train your employees how to use the computer and to use a little common sense.
Brandi came back and now at 7pm subway is closed down for the night shift for no employees Mike Patel needs to fire her and customers and employees would stay lol Why is Brandi not made to stay she ran off all their good employees Rebecca and Danielle...as long as she is there I will not go back
I was night shift at Subway but I quit yesterday Brandy is the worst thing ever now she has no employees and Subway is locked closed down for the night for not having no employees to work the shifts she got what she wanted didn't she.....see MIKE PATEL bad management BRANDI....IS WHY
Best thing was bringing smiles back she really makes you feel welcome and would let you in at 931 when they close at 930 worst thing to happen to subway is the nasty older lady with a chip on her shoulder who burned my bacon and then went in the corner and ate it she never washes her hands and she will disappear when the other one is doing all the work and I seen her put tips in her pocket while the one doing all the work puts it in the tip jar they get rid of her and it will be a great family friendly environment

An hour wait to get 2 sandwiches . The poor girl was slammed not to mention she's extremely slow . There were six people in line when I walked in the door. She had people backed up in the drive thru and did not have orders ready because she was so busy inside. Ridiculous, it's Saturday and only two places to eat in town.. do better . Schedule help ..

They can't ever keep employees. Subs are never the same unless daniel is working. He's the best person they've ever had working they'd be stupid to lose him. Today, June 1st ordered 5:20 pm said it would be ready by 5:40. I get here at 5:45 cause I know they always are late, 6:00 they haven't even made my food yet but are taking every single person that walks in

The store does not take coupons. Which would be fine except that there is no sign on the door telling anyone.

We stopped at this Subway for a quick bite on our trip. I was greeted by the nicest lady that was so helpful. She prepared our food efficiently and the sandwiches were fresh and good! The store and rest room were well kept and clean. We exchanged pleasantries and we were back on the road. Thank you!
