This was our first visit, and it was on a Saturday, and we were not disappointed! The food was very good, and Ms Kimberly stayed busy servicing the incredible salad bar! Our server, Vanessa was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely go again!

I enjoyed the Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Mac N Cheese, Green Beans and the Salad Bar!! My friend Tipp ate up the buffet… For some reason she thought she had to sample each dish….just greedy. She got her money’s worth. Happy Birthday Friend lol ?

A lot of canned goods being cooked and the food is not that great. I hope they change for the better and not for the worse.

We were passing through, looking for a place to grab meat and veggies and stumbled across The Barnyard Buffet. The parking lot was full at 11:00. When we walked in we were greeted by a cashier with a smile on her face. We paid for the buffet and seated ourselves. Our waitress immediately approached us for our drink order. She was on top of our refills and clearing our plates the entire time. I really enjoyed the salad bar. The veggies were good. There are a ton of options to choose from. My husband had some catfish and fried chicken. He said both were “ok”. Overall you can’t beat the price( $14.00 or so, includes a drink). If you’re passing through give them a try. I can’t imagine you will walk away hungry.

they need more options to choose from being that it is a buffet and the weekend price is higher than any other buffet in town, and it's not a big variety of food for that price, it actually takes tips away from the servers . But the wings are delicious ? and should be on the bar daily if nothing else.

very good quality and selection for the price.

Parking: Parking lot is a little small. Might be a little difficult to find a spot after church.

Came for the Sunday Thanksgiving menu and paid $20 and nothing listed was on the buffet but turkey. Totally disappointed I wouldn’t have even come if I knew wasn’t going to be what is advertised. What I did eat wasn’t that great either. My waitress stood beside our table talking to another waitress complaining about how tired she was and how much cleaning she has to do as soon as she walked in, it seemed like an attempt for a larger tip. I did tip but she wasn’t very attentive.

Disgusting! I will never go back here.. i was wanting to bring me my husband and my kids somewhere new and figured we could try here but never again. The waitress I had at first was very nice but after she got our drinks, that was it she never came back to our table. The first plate i made myself was disgusting. One of the sweet potatoes were so nasty. I almost threw up and then all the food tasted old, and whenever I put my fork into my chicken pot pie It was still raw not done. My kids was not eating any of their food because they said it was nasty. My husband didn't like his.It tasted old. Overall a waste of time. Oh, and then when we proceeded to at least try another plate, we then seen a worker just all up over this shredded cheese talking and just picking through it, no gloves whatsoever. Then i looked at my husband put everything down and said we're leaving., so I proceeded to talk to the manager because when you spend eighty dollars and don't get to eat, they should at least give a refund and he told me he can make some more and I said no thank you this turned my stomach and he refused to refund me.. and then after that I was getting my kids to the door to leave all the workers were very rude, talking about us and staring... i just don't see how anyone could go here.

If you enjoy full flavored southern food, this is your place! On the way in, I asked a gentleman if it was any good. He responded that he was a regular there and passes up many restaurants to get there.
The hostess that greeted us is also a part time stand up comedian, and it showed. The server was pleasant and prompt, but the food.....yummy!
The chicken pot pie is a must to try, as well as the fried chicken. Not sure what they do, but the turnip greens are not bitter and have a great flavor. If you finish up your meal with a slice of no sugar added chocolate pie, you will be surprised by the sweetness.
The only drawback is the senior discount is barely a discount. All in all, for endless, hot, country food, this place is the tops.
