We came for the first time after seeing the Nelson Barnyard Buffet cooking on WKRG. I saw succotash made on TV, I never had it before, so I came to try it. I liked it. I also tried rutabaga for the first time ever. The food is Southern Comfort Food, a good sized salad bar, & a desert bar. We came during lunch, restaurant was half full, we came from Mobile. This was our first visit, and it was on a Saturday, and we were not disappointed! The food was very good, and Ms Kimberly stayed busy servicing the incredible salad bar! Our server, Vanessa was pleasant and attentive. We will definitely go again!
I enjoyed the Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Mac N Cheese, Green Beans and the Salad Bar!! My friend Tipp ate up the buffet… For some reason she thought she had to sample each dish….just greedy. She got her money’s worth. Happy Birthday Friend lol ?
