Chicken Salad Chick

Everything about this place is fantastic! I literally just can’t fathom how scooping chicken salad onto a plate can take 15-20 minutes. Every time we order ahead on the app, or go through the drive thru it always takes an excessive amount of time. I mean i get if they have to make it fresh for every single order, but it is every single time we come at this point. We love CSC and will continue to support our local one, but i hope they can figure something out on the speed of service.

Great food. Clean and friendly people. Honors veterans with a free meal for veterans day. Will definitely go back again.

Usually I like this place, I gave them 3 stars because If you go during the day they are good but the evening crew turns things off early and make for a terrible experience. I went out of my way to go here and couldn't get what I went for now I don't have dinner. They don't have several of the items on the website for ordering at the location.

Vegetarian options: Really none...you can get some sides but because they turn off the soups early and put bacon on several of the sides there are very little options.

Outstanding Chicken Salad and one of the best Broccoli Salads I've ever enjoyed even at other CSC locations! Service was tops! I withhold one star for Atmosphere due to the less than desirable location at a cramped strip Shopping Center in Saraland, Alabama.

Really disappointed in the food and service I received this evening, $50 and my family is hungry due to the fact we could not eat the food that was given to us, it was pretty bad. Took a long time to receive and croissant was cold and hard, not eatable.

The variety of chicken salad is great. I can eat here once a week and never get tired of it. I appreciate that it’s always clean and although they were definitely understaffed today, they had a good attitude and did a good job dealing with the line of cars in the drive thru and the few customers inside. I need to mention the cake. It was amazing!

I ordered baked potato soup and some how they got that confused with pasta salad???? I also ordered a chicken salad melt which was cold. The cold sandwich would not have been an issue if it came with the HOT baked potato soup. I was also getting weird looks from the employees throughout my time waiting on my food. I have been looking forward to this specific meal for HOURS. They have ruined my entire day.
