The wait time here is insane, it Took a total of 40 minutes to get my food through the DRIVE THRU With only 2 cars in front of me! I didnt even order that much! The food was good at least but i wouldnt recommend going to this location unless you have time to waste

I ordered a chicken melt with grape salad, was tearing it up when i got a gray hair stuck in my mouth after throwing up I was going to call and complain but decided to warn with a review and never eat there again. This was at the Saraland location.

the wait time is excessive for a place with a drive thru and pre-made salad. I have come on my lunch break twice and ended up late both times, I hoped it was a fluke. The melt was also somehow cold despite taking 10+ minutes. The workers are sweet but it's not worth going unless you have time to wait

They have never gotten my order correct! And chicken salad is not supposed to look like it’s been run through a blender! It’s chicken salad not chicken spread…. SMDH

Everything about this place is fantastic! I literally just can’t fathom how scooping chicken salad onto a plate can take 15-20 minutes. Every time we order ahead on the app, or go through the drive thru it always takes an excessive amount of time. I mean i get if they have to make it fresh for every single order, but it is every single time we come at this point. We love CSC and will continue to support our local one, but i hope they can figure something out on the speed of service.

Great food. Clean and friendly people. Honors veterans with a free meal for veterans day. Will definitely go back again.

Usually I like this place, I gave them 3 stars because If you go during the day they are good but the evening crew turns things off early and make for a terrible experience. I went out of my way to go here and couldn't get what I went for now I don't have dinner. They don't have several of the items on the website for ordering at the location.

Vegetarian options: Really none...you can get some sides but because they turn off the soups early and put bacon on several of the sides there are very little options.

Outstanding Chicken Salad and one of the best Broccoli Salads I've ever enjoyed even at other CSC locations! Service was tops! I withhold one star for Atmosphere due to the less than desirable location at a cramped strip Shopping Center in Saraland, Alabama.

Really disappointed in the food and service I received this evening, $50 and my family is hungry due to the fact we could not eat the food that was given to us, it was pretty bad. Took a long time to receive and croissant was cold and hard, not eatable.
