Chicken Salad Chick

I enjoy the food and atmosphere. I don't like that we tip the cashiers.

Maybe it's not required, but I don't think we should be asked. The cashier is right there and knows whether we tip and how much. It is awkward to put no tip.

I always tip servers at least 15%. They are going back and forth to our table, checking that the food is good, if we need anything, etc.

I orderd the classic carol whitch comes on bread and they just gave me a scoop of chicken salad, they even repeated it back classic carol

London is an incredible employee! She was welcoming as a health care worker this was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. I will definitely be back to give her a tip! ASAP! YALL NEED TO GO GET YALL A CHICKEN SALAD LOL

Chicken Salad Chick Is a great place to go for dinner with the family. The cashier London was very polite respectful and was full of dignity and inspiration. She is what a cashier should be overall service at 10 out of 10 and I would recommend and definitely would come back again. Thank you London for your exceptional service with me and my family.

Not quite up to the standard for Chicken Salad Chick. Food was delicious, but crackers were mostly broken and I ordered regular chips ( usually served by the bag) and received only a handful of baked chips. Don’t sit near the drink area, it’s very loud!

Ive eaten here several times simply because the food is good, but the wait time is very long. also ive had issues where they forgot what ive ordered in drive through which was crazy, and usually dont like giving out extra crackers

The wait time here is insane, it Took a total of 40 minutes to get my food through the DRIVE THRU With only 2 cars in front of me! I didnt even order that much! The food was good at least but i wouldnt recommend going to this location unless you have time to waste

I ordered a chicken melt with grape salad, was tearing it up when i got a gray hair stuck in my mouth after throwing up I was going to call and complain but decided to warn with a review and never eat there again. This was at the Saraland location.

the wait time is excessive for a place with a drive thru and pre-made salad. I have come on my lunch break twice and ended up late both times, I hoped it was a fluke. The melt was also somehow cold despite taking 10+ minutes. The workers are sweet but it's not worth going unless you have time to wait

They have never gotten my order correct! And chicken salad is not supposed to look like it’s been run through a blender! It’s chicken salad not chicken spread…. SMDH
