The restaurant is not the same as it was many years ago. It has changed. The food is halfway decent if you compare it to other Chinese restaurants. The atmosphere is not really great. It could use a little cleaning. However, The customer service is not welcoming at all. They do not greet the customers with respect and warmth. They have a young teenage boy there that is extremely rude and very different when it comes to the patron. He clearly shows that he does not want to be there, nor does he care about the customers or the job so he shouldn’t be upfront because it is tempting me not to come back. Overall, it was a big disappointment and they need to change and get him off the register before he ruins everything.

It would be nice if they listed the calories and carbs on their food. I called and asked about their drop egg soup and they acted like they had no clue what a carb was. I repeated myself 100 times and spelt it out for them. I love their drop egg soup and just needed to know carbs where I can count my net carbs.

China Chef is a great place to get takeout. I have eaten many dishes. I recommend that everyone who loves Chinese food go to China Chef. You won't regret it.
This place and the food are terrible. And the staff/service are worse.Stay away unless you are looking to be disappointed at every lev.

I love Chinese food, so it pains me to say i was let down when i got in the truck to go home excited about my take-out( which is all this place was)that it was terrible. The egg roll was ok. The food was hot. I ordered beef&broccoli made spicy. I asked the lady at check out , and you did tell him to make it spicy? She replied yes. I asked a second time, and you told him spicy?She said yes," You want beef&broccoli spicy." The sauce was like that stuff you got at the store, and it was not made spicy. I had maybe 4 shreds of beef and hardly any vegetables. I couldn't eat it. My dog maggie, on the other hand ,loved it! So she got a $10.00 meal, and I ate the egg roll....?

She was looking at her phone while asking us what we’d like. Told her the plates. She turns around after putting her phone down and grabbed egg rolls to throw in the fryer. No gloves, didn’t wash her hands.

Rude “meffers”! All of the employees! I have no idea if the food is good or not because I haven’t eaten it yet, but I WILL NOT GO BACK BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE!! You got my money once, not again.

I should have known when I saw COLD fried chicken come out the refrigerator behind the register it was going to be bad.The chicken was old with dark bones, pork fried rice half cooked with little flavor. This was my first and last visit.
