Our waitress Bella was very nice, the food was cold and the lady at the front named Sandy was the rudest lady i’ve ever encountered. She should go ahead and retire her attitude was uncalled for.

I went here yesterday ran into a issue with my food order. The manager I think she was anyway came over and spoke to me and made my food over. I thank her so much my food was absolutely great. She knows what she is doing and I so appreciated her for making it right. This was yesterday last afternoon. Thank you Cracker Barrel.

One of my family’s favorite places to eat when we visit Mobile. Love the food choices and the atmosphere. The prices cannot be beat. Did you know my husband and I ate our wedding diner at ‘The Barrel’. We married on New Year’s Day.

They were so nice! I had been on the road all day from South Carolina to Mobile, Alabama. I walked in for a take out order to go back to my hotel room, they were busy, so it did take a little bit to get someone out, but that is understandable. The lady at the front talked to me in-between customers until I got my food, I was on this trip by myself and was glad to be out of my truck and for the company. They went out of their way to figure out how to get me extra salt without having to give me 20 utensil packets! I'd rate this Cracker Barrel higher than most!!

I've been to plenty a cracker barrels before, but for 7pm on a Tuesday service sure was slow for not many people being here... I love how the interior is literally different from any other cracker barrel I've been throughout the states, and the seating area is more open compared to others. I know it's new and there's still kinks to probably work out, but service timing would be the main concern. Everything else was pretty great.

At 3:50 pm my husband and myself walk out of this restaurant. We walk in and was seated at table and sat there for 20mins with NOONE coming to even ask if needed water let alone order food. Workers passing by like we weren't even sitting there. THANKS FOR
