I always enjoy a blizzard. But I never get to come to DQ bc it’s a bit pricey for me. But today I was able too. I ordered a New York royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I had stepped away and when it was ready I noticed it was very liquidy. I’ve heard if they don’t flip it then it’s free, there’s absolutely no way they flipped this. It would’ve spilled every where. But I wasn’t watching so I can’t be curtain. I alwayyysss finish my food, I am not a picky eater by any means, but even I couldn’t finish this blizzard. When I went up to the counter I explained everything very nicely because I hate confrontation, and was met with who I assume was the manager joking that since I had ate some of the blizzard that he couldn’t do anything about it. Definitely not ever coming back here again. And I was really looking forward to this.

Rude. Called in patient refill after 20 minutes wait on Thursday and Tech stated that it will be ready on Saturday afternoon. This is called corporate healthcare service.

Establishment divided into two sections. One for gas station/convenience store (Chevron) and the other side for Dairy Queen. Staff is pretty fast preparing and cooking your food and drink or dessert. Management is very friendly and always encouraging me to stay safe(I doordash sometimes). I take my 2 year old with me sometimes too and he enjoys himself. Definitely a reasonable place to have lunch

I was told that there was an exclusive blizzard in the app and I ordered it. When we got to the restaurant we were told that they didn’t have it and we were offered no refund. I ended up getting a dipped cone but it was still a few dollars below the blizzard I ordered. Overall not a good experience but this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this at this location. I don’t mean to be rude I’m just putting this out there.

Cheese curds about fell out of the bag from so much grease, blizzards barely make it home before melting. Do better DQ.
No food under heat lamps. It is fresh to order EVERYTIME that I've been in there

Got a dipped cone. The chocolate wasn't even covering the ice cream. When I asked for them to redo it I was told no. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told they wouldn't re make the ice cream and it would be the same either way. The chocolate was not prepared properly and it tasted bitter. Not the service I expect from Diary Queen
