This is the 3rd time I've had issues with the sandwiches I ordered. No one has bothered to call or email me about fixing any of my orders . Today I ordered 2 medium French dips . I paid for double meat and double cheese , they didn't add either one again! I asked for extra garlic butter sauce and instead they put no sauce ! I asked for extra grilled onions they didn't add any ! They also forgot the au jus for both French dips ! 30$ for 2 French dips and they once again didn't give me what I paid for . This is extremely frustrating.

Don't ever bother complaining to the so called manager about any problem with your order because she'll just argue you down and say you're not truthful. Whatever happened to the days of the customer being right?!!

I'm going to give this location 3 stars because I like the subs and they are good. It's just one thing if your getting a foot long it seems they put more meat on one side of the bread. Every time I go for a sub it's like this so one half of the sub is skimpy. I don't eat a whole sub so I give half of it away and we found that this is what they do. Other than that my subs are good. It's good service when I go In sometime they could be a little slow.

Ordered via mobile app. Had to wait as it wasn't ready, food was cold despite the fact it should have been hot especially since they made it while we waited. The bread stale, the lettuce wilted and brown. One sandwich was no onion, had onion. Only one came with a pickle and the worst we asked for no mayo, allergy, it was coated heavy in mayo on BOTH sides. Complete waste of money. Saraland location is no longer worth the stop.

On-line support is a joke, it's AI. No real person will do anything or care.

Me and my family have grown tired of this location not getting our food correct. My wife is allergic to tomatoes. She can't stand lettuce or pickles either. This location is horrible about putting pickles in the sandwich boxes even if we tell them no pickle. Not only do the pickles make the boxes have a strong smell, but the juice also saturates the bottom of the sandwich making it fall apart when you go to pick it up. The salad dressing is also way too watery.

We thought it would be a blessing to have another business choice for subs, but have been disappointed almost every single time we order from here. Subway doesn't have fresh meats, and Jersey Mike's isn't that good.

We have spent a lot of money at this location and are at the point to where we are going to have to start going to the next nearest location when we want Firehouse, which is 20 miles away.

Food is pretty good but the kids meal advertises a firefighters hat which my son really wanted and on 2 different occasions months apart they didn't have them! Also they didn't let us know they didn't have them until we got our order and didn't receive 1 so I had to ask!

I don’t know what it is with this chain. Every location forgets my pickle spears, including this location. I even order extra and it’s on the receipt….. 6 out of 7 times. They seem to just miss that part…

Stopped here for a quick sandwich. These workers move like sloths. No sense of urgency what so ever. 20 min to make a sub with only 1 person ahead of me in line? They need to hire more efficient personnel.

Let’s start with saying I’ve been to a ton of locations. This locations managment needs to open there eyes. Terrible . The hot sauces have mold growing inside the lid which tells me they don’t refrigerate them. There was about 20 people getting frustrated because they had been waiting. One couple said screw it and met. The kids behind the counter care more about talking and horseplay then they do working. The cleanliness is terrible as well.
