To start with. The new restaurant looked nice, but looks are deceiving.
Ashley was rude.
Why do restaurants put cold with hot? The cold cole slaw and dipping sauces get hot and do not taste good. The chicken and the fries get cold. They need to be hot!! Cold food should be kept separate from hot food. When I said something and I was not rude, an associates, Ashley. She should not of been rude. With service like this i will not go back. I would not recommend going to the Saraland location. There was an associates, Riley she was pleasant.
On the app it also said no drive-thru. They have 2 lines.

I ordered 10 of the chicken tenders. They used to be pretty good years ago but like most every place after a while quality goes downhill and it's not worth stopping at anymore. This is definitely one of those places. The tenders were GREASY as hell! Why someone wouldn't let them sit in the grease drain off of them at least before passing them off to a customer is beyond me. Because being extra greasy means the minute they sit in this box for just a couple of minutes they're also wilted and soggy from the combination of steam that can't escape from the box and the grease that's all over the tenders. Do not recommend. Will not be back unless they start to offer unbreaded grilled tenders then I would stop just to try that because at least it wouldn't be greasy as hell

My son had just gotten out of surgery and I was down from Birmingham to take care of him and as we don't have foosackleys up there so I was excited to get it is Saraland. Yes, excited...I don't have a life, I was not disappointed. Service was great, order was correct and the food was yummy.

The BESTTTTT Foo and fast food restaurant on the planet. I lost my retainers there and the staff went above and beyond to help me find them when truthfully they didn’t have to. If I could give you guys a billion stars I would. Again I appreciate yallll soo sooo sooo much. Not to mention the food was absolutely amazing and so was the customer service.

It was OK. Similar to every other run of the mill chicken finger restaurant popping up everywhere (Zaxby's, Guthrie's, Cane's, etc..). The food was cooked fine and the foosackly sauce was good. Good place to stop for a quick bite while on the road or workday lunch.
