these employees have no idea what they are doing. Took forever to get my simple ice cream.

Okay the food was okay but the spicy chicken sandwich had a sauce and it was very hot I did not like it I loved it but did not at the same time I don’t know if you have to tell them but normally I don’t have to but this was not good for the chicken sandwich did not like it.😤 And the spicy chicken sandwich it’s not even spicy the sandwich. It’s part like the chicken is not even Spicy it’s the sauce that makes it spicy so I don’t know what they got going on, but I think they need to fix it like I said normally don’t have to tell them but yeah.

Food is ok. Fast. Couldn’t find a clean table and no one wiped a single table while we were there. Trash and ketchup on floor in multiple places. No one swept or mopped. The drink machine was literally piled with ice across the drain (which was noted as not working). No one tried to remove it. Workers standing around. Not that busy.

Was not greeted at register. Employee finally walked up to register and waited on me to talk first. Poor communication on my order. When order was ready and I said thank you and was not even acknowledged as picking it up. AC was not working at time I was there. Burger was bland with mustard on the outside of box and when opened mustard fell out on my clothes.

For all you hater that keep hating on Freddy's in Saraland need to find you some business. Every time I visit this location, they are always busy. I get a welcome to Freddy's soon as I enter the restaurant. Instead of complaining why don't you call the restaurant or stop back by I promise they will get it right.

The customer service and clean environment is always inviting when my family come there. You can hear the welcome to Freddy's all the way in the kitchen. The lady up front took the time and explained some of the new items on the menu. The is our favorite restaurant we eat there at least three times a month. If you are looking for a great burger, I highly recommend. Freddy's. The custard is great also
