Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Drive thru was busy but we didn’t mind waiting, they were out of tater tots, the fried cheese bites, so we ordered a patty melt combo and a jalapeño burger, after waiting 30 min in the drive thru it was finally time to pay just to be told there was no meat, this was our first time here and will be the last time, entirely too much time waisted sitting there to end up with nothing

Tables could have been cleaner. That’s the only bad thing. Wait, nope, the parking lot was designed by aliens. It’s a disaster. You’ll see. Don’t bring trailer. Bathroom clean but out of paper towels.

Spicy Chicken sandwich is not their specialty. Fries are incredible! Service was good. Oh yeah, the cheese curds are 🔥!!!

The food and service were 10 out of 10! Burger was exactly to my liking, and the fries were well-seasoned and warm. The dining area was a bit messy, and some of the tables were kind of gross. We did come in at about 9:00, so I understand how it can get too busy to properly clean before closing. Overall, was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Freddy's. I am visiting from out of town. I stopped in at the drive-thru and ordered a #1 (just burger with extra pickles). I got back to my hotel to find that the burger patties were extremely thin (like paper thin) and the only thing keeping them together was the top part of the patty that was cold and dried out like leather. The cheese was cold on the top and looked like it had been sitting there for a while.

So, I called and explained my situation and that I would like a refund, hoping it come be done over the phone. They told me in order to get a refund, I would have to come back in. So I go back through the drive thru and told them I was the one that called to get a refund. With no questions asked, I was given my refund. I guess I am glad there was no fight there, but part of me would like to think that they would want to know more or see the evidence of what I am saying, but the woman that processed my refund (not sure if she was the manager for the night) seemed to not care one bit. There was no acknowledgement of their poor service or poor quality of food.

Why put that you are open until 10pm when you are close earlier? 9:45pm and the drive-thru and front door is closed.

I made a mistake to go to Freddy’s tonight, December 31, 2024 about 8:45 PM central time when I say I made a mistake here what happened: The dining area trash cans were overflowing With trash. to make things worse some individual in there and it was a black woman because it was a long black hair in my food. The individuals in there were trying to hurry up and close up at 9 o’clock at night because it’s New Year’s Eve. There is no excuse that you can come up with to explain why black hair was in someone’s food. That is a health code violation should’ve took a picture of it but oh well I will not be doing business with this location again anyone who goes to this location check your food carefully.

Had to hunt a clean table and ended up settling for the least soiled booth enough mustard between me and wife sandwich to drown a horse cold fries super thin meat for a double hamburger employees were actually very nice this is a ballpark concession stand of a restaurant. Much better food at the waffle House I'm sure highschool kids will love this place

Asked if they had bottle water at window; they said yes. Went to the window, they didn’t have any but still charged me $3.
Ordered 2 kid burgers and a kid chicken strip.
Tried to give us 3 burgers and when we did it wasn’t in there, they told us to check our bags 😑
Took 10 minutes to get our chicken tenders.

We’ll stick to the Freddy’s in Spanish fort 👌

Super super super good I’ve been two consecutive days 😩! I always get the number five add bacon with chili fries and lemonade man oh man it’s Amazing. I went once in the early afternoon and then the next day came at night my food was beyond exceptional both times ! The custard is truly amazing I did my happy dance throughout my entire meal I live in Chickasaw and it’s not far from me but we for sure need a second location toward Mobile! It needs to be just as many Freddy’s as it McDonald’s Freddy’s is far better ! Burger good as heck and seasoned well the buns grilled so
Soft and good this the perfect cheat day if you on a diet it’s good as a mutha !’
