Great American Cookies

The manager, Brandy, at the Saraland location is an absolute SAINT! We had to reschedule my son's birthday party at the last minute due to weather and when we tried to order a cookie cake for the new date we were given misinformation by an employee, causing us to not be able to have a cookie cake for his party. My boy was super bombed being that that was the only "cake" that he had requested. Well Brandy, called us back, apologized for the inconvenience and bad information and offered to make him one anyway just to make things right. It absolutely made his day! I've been in management for over 15 years and mistakes are going to happen, but THIS is how you make it right and keep customers coming back! Thank you, Brandy!

This is unacceptable to send out to a customer. My 5 year old could have done this. I picked it up at 2 and the party was at 3 so I didn’t have time to return before the party. Please tell me you have someone checking what goes out of your store.

Update: The polite manager reached out the next day responding to my email. I'm very pleased with the conversation and will be a returning customerI placed a online order for same day pickup and when I got there they had no knowledge of my order even though I had email confirmation that it was received. A TOTAL FRUSTRATINGDISAPPOINTMENT???.The girl in charge told me I would have to place the order online 24hrs ahead of time but that's not shown anywhere online and the website allowed me to place a same day order.

Ordered a cake for someone’s birthday and it wasn’t ready on time and not at all what I ordered. Didn’t have time to wait for a remake so I had to pay and use it.

Yesterday I posted the following review. When I went today, to pick up my order, I was very pleased. The manager introduced herself and expressed her concern about what happened yesterday. She was genuinely apologetic and I could not be more pleased with my order and the service. Thank you so very much for helping me and realizing the need of your customers. I will definitely return.I got here at 11:15 ro place an order. Store supposed to open at 11. Two people inside. Stood outside for 5 minutes while they ignored my presence. After I kept knocking, one came to door and informed me they were having trouble with their "system". Why couldn't she have come to the door at first rather than make me just stand outside when they were obviously supposed to be open. Would not even let me enter to look at pictures of a cake I wanted to order. This is not the first truly bad experience that I have had here.

For a company that specializes in cookies you would think they sold the best ones out there. Bought 5 different flavor cookies, all of them were basic. Subway cookies are 10 times better. How?

Woman with black and red hair was horribly rude and inconsiderate, luckily there was another girl in there that realized how I was being treated and came and told the other girl to go do something else.

Always delicious and fresh. Employees are very nice and helpful. Restroom not so great.

My son is special needs and the worker was very patient with him as he decided on what to order. ☺️

They were out of a lot of stuff, never used the marble slab to harden up the ice cream, so my milk shake was basically chocolate milk. Restrooms weren't clean, the restaurant itself had trash everywhere, not my best visit there.

Just walked in and ordered and looked up and realized the two employees weren’t wearing mask. Like Covid numbers aren’t steadily increasing. So if you aren’t bothered to wear them that means while you’re prepping food you aren’t either. That means you aren’t bothered if customers come in with no masks. You’re sticking your hand in the bag to open it for cookies with no gloves on. What other sanitary steps are you skipping. No thanks. Not in these times...not ever.

Should have cookie cakes available to buy anytime.
