Went through the drive-thru for breakfast they got our order wrong but we were already home by the time we realized it so we ate what we were giving.

Closed at 2pm every day. How can you do business like that? Our family rarely eats out and today we were in a pinch (moving homes) so Hardee’s welp nope. Lost my business for good.

I ordered the chicken sandwich, and my husband had the Swiss mushroom burger. Both meals were delicious, and the customer service was great! The staff were very nice. Will definitely return!
The food at Hardee's in Saraland is always good. I especially like the biscuits! But service is slow, at best. The dining room is not the cleanest, and I've stopped going inside at all. I only go there for drive-thru.

Raw biscuits slopped in a bag by people who act like they don't want to be there. A big greasy mess. I would pay twice the price for food if it looked like the picture in the ad.

I tried to order at this location on Saturday. I have a large family and I arrived in the drive thru at about 11:30. I passed the stand alone menu and went to the one with the speaker because I knew I wouldn't remember everyone's order. When I got to the menu board it was still on breakfast. The person on the speaker answered with an attitude. I asked if they were still serving breakfast I was told no and I told her the board was still on breakfast and asked if she could tell me what was on the lunch menu. I know these boards can be turned to the lunch menu and it was an hour after lunch had started. I was told there was another menu board I could back up to. I asked was I supposed to remember everything when I pulled back up. I was answered with a what. I backed up to try to figure out my order. I pulled back up to the speaker to try to place the order. When I began asking for my first item the person acted as if they could not hear me. I repeated myself at least 3 times. I ended up not ordering and pulling off . The back door of the restaurant was open and the noises coming from inside was like someone was throwing utensils and pans around. I went next door to McDonald's I did not want it but I refused to try anymore at Hardee's. I was the only customer at Hardee's when I was treated that way the two restaurants on either side of Hardee's were full of customers. Hardee's parking lot was a ghost town at the beginning of the lunch rush and now I know why. I feel sorry for the owner, if everyone is treated the way I was business will continue to suffer and eventually end. I was angry and disappointed.
