Food is good.. wait is always long! Not very clean... service is not good... the old speaker and their lack of articulation makes under standing almost impossible.... I am in line now... ten mins so far... vehicle behind me is still at the speaker/menu
Really need a new Management and a good deep cleaning.
Glad they are open on Sundays now but please, take your game up several notches...

I lleave work at 1pm, call Harts in saraland at 1:04,drive 15mins to them so i don’t have to wait in line. JUST TO GET THERE and they say oh I didn’t hear about a call in guess I’m about to drop it now…..now I’m late with no lunch NEVER EAT HERE they are just pure unprofessional. The dining room was empty and the drive thru had one car. They were to busy talking about having 7more times to yell at each other than cooking food.

The service is not the same and the food isn’t either. I love the customer service that the young man had. He was nice and polite but Harts is not what it used to be as far as the food. It’s hit or miss with all locations.

My only complaint doesn't apply to them really. The cost of chicken has caused prices to soar. Liver/ gizzard meals are still fairly priced for the portion and quality of the food.(Always fresh)!

I’ve sat in the line for over 50 minutes. The person in front was at the window. They didn’t ring me up till I pulled to the window.. That’s freaking ridiculous the service here! I am reporting this to the better business bureau! I am tired of the way they have no respect for people!! I’m also calling the owner! This is no way ti treat customers. While I was in line 8 cars left, so there goes more business! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Harts Chicken was always a favorite spot growing up in Mobile and Saraland. Through the years I dropped by when in town but I wont be going back after the last visit. The food is terrible and the service most of the time is worse! The workers are rude to customers and appear to be annoyed at working in general. Too late to recover from years of sub par workers and food. I will spend my money at places that appreciate their customers and suggest others not waste their time here either.

This is the worst Hart’s location!! First, they had one car at the window and lobby had two people. The main reason that I stopped. It was 3:39 pm on a Tuesday. Second they took forever to take my order. I literally sat at the speaker box for about 10-15 minutes before someone took my order. When the person comes on the intercom they do not greet you and sounds very irritated by helping me. Ok now the order has been taken I sat at the window for another 20 minutes for my food. The lady at the window had a bad attitude as well

Best drive thru gizzard boxes in town. Delicious normal size chicken pieces. Well worth the money. A box as a snack will feed two as a meal one.
