My only complaint doesn't apply to them really. The cost of chicken has caused prices to soar. Liver/ gizzard meals are still fairly priced for the portion and quality of the food.(Always fresh)!

I’ve sat in the line for over 50 minutes. The person in front was at the window. They didn’t ring me up till I pulled to the window.. That’s freaking ridiculous the service here! I am reporting this to the better business bureau! I am tired of the way they have no respect for people!! I’m also calling the owner! This is no way ti treat customers. While I was in line 8 cars left, so there goes more business! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Harts Chicken was always a favorite spot growing up in Mobile and Saraland. Through the years I dropped by when in town but I wont be going back after the last visit. The food is terrible and the service most of the time is worse! The workers are rude to customers and appear to be annoyed at working in general. Too late to recover from years of sub par workers and food. I will spend my money at places that appreciate their customers and suggest others not waste their time here either.

This is the worst Hart’s location!! First, they had one car at the window and lobby had two people. The main reason that I stopped. It was 3:39 pm on a Tuesday. Second they took forever to take my order. I literally sat at the speaker box for about 10-15 minutes before someone took my order. When the person comes on the intercom they do not greet you and sounds very irritated by helping me. Ok now the order has been taken I sat at the window for another 20 minutes for my food. The lady at the window had a bad attitude as well

Best drive thru gizzard boxes in town. Delicious normal size chicken pieces. Well worth the money. A box as a snack will feed two as a meal one.
The food is good great fryer chicken but they are very very very slow and customer service is not so great. They definitely could take the jobs more seriously.

I ordered peach cobbler and it was the worst ever it was nothing but gummy gooey paste with three pulverized peach slices, the color was dark brown with so much sugar you could gag a person that has no taste buds and they charged me $5 plus taxes. Horrible taste deplorable presentation and absolutely disgusting ? please take this product off of the menu before someone gets sick ?. Dissatisfied customer.???????????

I know a lot of people love Hart's, but the time i visited the establishment, something went horribly wrong. I attempted to get two legs roll, and they gave me a dry old thigh and old leg this time, I took it back. None of the workers wear hair nets (it may not be required. They do have mediocre customer service skills and room for improvement.
