I am a regular in this restraunt. The wait staff is absolutely amazing. They have a young gentleman that works there that has a traumatic brain injury and if you are patient with him he is one of the sweetest. The manager is absolutely wonderful as well. If you find anything that needs to be corrected and bring it to the staffs attention they will correct it immediately. Ive never had a bad exoerience with the staff here.
When we got here I used the men's restroom. It was very dirty and had no soap for me to wash my hands (or for employees to wash their hands).
It took about 15 minutes for our waiter to come and take our order. Everything went well except there were no straws, hamburgers, and fruit, all items we asked for .
Approximately 30 minutes later our food started to arrive. My daughter's waffle was broken and pieced back together and my pancakes were smashed. At this point we got up and left without eating anything.
The coffee was good.
Luckily for us, waffle House was just a little down the road.

Katie was an amazing server this morning! She always has a smile on her face and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I loved the classic breakfast!!! My hash browns were crispy just like I love them. My bacon was even better. I will definitely be returning.
