I am a regular in this restraunt. The wait staff is absolutely amazing. They have a young gentleman that works there that has a traumatic brain injury and if you are patient with him he is one of the sweetest. The manager is absolutely wonderful as well. If you find anything that needs to be corrected and bring it to the staffs attention they will correct it immediately. Ive never had a bad exoerience with the staff here.

When we got here I used the men's restroom. It was very dirty and had no soap for me to wash my hands (or for employees to wash their hands).
It took about 15 minutes for our waiter to come and take our order. Everything went well except there were no straws, hamburgers, and fruit, all items we asked for .
Approximately 30 minutes later our food started to arrive. My daughter's waffle was broken and pieced back together and my pancakes were smashed. At this point we got up and left without eating anything.
The coffee was good.
Luckily for us, waffle House was just a little down the road.

Katie was an amazing server this morning! She always has a smile on her face and she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I loved the classic breakfast!!! My hash browns were crispy just like I love them. My bacon was even better. I will definitely be returning.

Food was great...staff was terrible. Our waitress seemed to be uninterested in waiting on customers or doing even less than a mediocre job. They were understaffed in the kitchen but that had nothing to do with our waitress and her genuine disinterest in her job. It's a shame...nice big building for a huddle house...maybe the staff is why it wasn't busy.

We ordered from this place today and the food was absolutely terrible. Our BLT had brown soggy lettuce, the ENDS of a tomatoe (mind you, very small piece as well), and the sandwich was only HALF WAY cut. The fries were rock hard and cold, the drinks were watered down, and the waffles didn't come with any butter. We ordered for delivery at 10:30 am and didn't get our food until 12:45 pm. I would like to note that this was NOT because of our delivery driver either, being that she had arrived at the restaurant before our food was ready (which is why it was kind of odd that our fries were so cold). Our delivery driver had also mentioned that the staff working there were extremely rude to her. While I can't report exactly what had happened or what was said to her because I wasn't there, I can say that our driver stated that it was the worst experience she has been through. Now I will conclude this review in the words of Tyra Banks: "It's so bad, I want to give you a 0, but that's not possible, so I give you a 1."

The staff present on Saturday (11/9) at around 7:30 am is top tier. There was a couple that came in shortly after me and my 9 year old daughter ordered that were clearly on another level and out to start problems. When things escalated the staff and maintenance guy stepped up and took measures to ensure that my daughter was comforted and felt safe. My nerves were too shot to properly thank the wait staff but they definitely deserve praise for poise in a hostile situation. They deserve to know that their actions were appreciated.
Kid-friendliness: The other waitress that wasn’t even handling our table came over to soothe my 9 year old autistic daughter. BOTH servers were awesome!
