The order taker, Iryon, was not very pleasant. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo (the sign on the drive thru speaker said “chicken sandwich special $3.99”. I added fries and a Dr Pepper. When I got to the window the order was a total of $9.67 including 88 cents tax. I guess the regular size fries and medium drink were $4.80 more. She took my money, gave me my drink and asked me to pull into a parking space. There was no one behind me (I think they trick the time tracker on the drive thru). After a long wait (I thought they had forgotten me) an employee brought out my sandwich and fries and did apologize for the long wait. If the order had been wrong or the fries cold they would have gotten a lower score.

Worst fast food fries I've ever had . The only plus was the biscuit was good. $15 biscuit, not really worth it, chicken was ok. Plus had 3 cars waiting, they actually had to come out of the building to direct every one where to go because there was no room.

I was eating my chicken pot pie and saw a brown curled up thing in it. I took it out cleaned the filling off and noticed it was a worm! I can't eat anything but soft foods since I had a dental procedure and this was my second chicken pot pie in two days. So if I become ill due to this, I'll politely send KFC the bill. Pray over your food and check your food. This is absolutely horrifying.

Orderd online. No Mike's hot honey on my sandwich. 4 fries in my dunk box. And it took about 15 minutes waiting for the very cold food. Not sure why I even try to get food at the Saraland location.
I ordered 1 hour before they closed and they wouldn’t make what I ordered and were rushing me out the store so I didn’t even get the stuff I ordered lady was rude needs to fired or written up ! 9pm on February 19th,2025

They give me the same excuse the chicken is coming up. Ordering online was suppose to speed up the process of getting your order faster. Hope this get to management so the store get up to speed

I waited for crispy chicken. The service was friendly the food was stellar! Honestly, the price wasn't that bad either. $48 out the door for a 12pc mixed, 3 large sides, and 6 biscuits.

I now understand why this is the worst rated chicken joint in Saraland. You better check your bags before you leave. Was missing four sides, only had one wing in a 6 piece variety (the rest was all dark meat) and the tenders were like dry cat turds. Also didn’t get all the sauces we had on our order. Plus it took an extra ten minutes to get the order than what pickup time was.
