They give me the same excuse the chicken is coming up. Ordering online was suppose to speed up the process of getting your order faster. Hope this get to management so the store get up to speed

I waited for crispy chicken. The service was friendly the food was stellar! Honestly, the price wasn't that bad either. $48 out the door for a 12pc mixed, 3 large sides, and 6 biscuits.

I now understand why this is the worst rated chicken joint in Saraland. You better check your bags before you leave. Was missing four sides, only had one wing in a 6 piece variety (the rest was all dark meat) and the tenders were like dry cat turds. Also didn’t get all the sauces we had on our order. Plus it took an extra ten minutes to get the order than what pickup time was.

the worst KFC I've ever had i didn't get my potatoes and grave door dash made that right after I sent them that I got to get in to my extra crispy chicken guess what it wasn't crispy at all like someone soaked it in water the skin just fell of and it was a terrible wet slight crispy I threw it away never in my life have I ever had chicken so bad the only thing that was OK is the Biscuit and Fries and it's hard to mess up that and it still wasn't

I’ve avoided this KFC because of previous issue's with not having chicken ready, long waits and incorrect orders. But today I decided to give them another chance. That was a mistake. I ordered a 12 piece bucket mixed original and crispy. Got home and on eleven pieces in the bucket. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but it’s the second time this has happened. Last time I ordered and paid for a three piece meal and only received two pieces, a wing and a drumstick. At &32 for the 12 pieces that’s $2.66 each. I called them and the woman apologized and ask if I wanted to come by and get the one piece. No thanks I just want be back. They need new management at this location or just shut it down.

Went through drive thru. Was told it would be 15 minutes for my order. Pulled up and parked to wait. Three cars behind me get their food and leave. I sat there for 30 minutes. Got home. Food is greasy almost burnt and barely had any meat on the pieces of chicken.

Really slow service, I waited 20 minutes for a 3-piece meal. With only 2 people in front of me in line. Food was good but be prepared to wait for it.

We ordered the famous bowl, We ordered it before, and the food was really good. But it was not much corn in hardly any chicken. I don't know if they have a set qty of chicken & corn they have to add now.. BUT KFC. You need to add more chicken and more corn to your famous bowl. It used to be really good. Now it's just mash ?

This Saraland store is the absolute worst I've ever been to!! 2 time straight, (one week apart) they served me a disaster!!! Last weekend I ordered a 4pc,"3 thighs-1wing", extra biscuit, got home, no wing and no biscuit. Tonight I ordered a 3pc thigh and extra biscuit. Got home and my thighs were burnt and dried out and the biscuits were hard as cement!! This time I called and spoke to the manager about how this is the 2nd straight time something has happened with my order. She told me that it's nothing she can do unless I come back to the store with the order, I told her that's it's pouring down rain and I had just gotten off from working 10rs when I had stopped by there and could I stop by the next night when I get off. She told me no, that it had to be tonight or nothing!!! Me being a Chef realize that things happen in the foodservice industry but this is unacceptable!!!! Never again.....??
