Had to wait twenty five minutes on Krystal’s the got them. They were the worst tasting Krystal’s I have ever had. The meat just didn’t taste good. It crumbled in to pieces it’s horrible

Our first stop when we arrive in Alabama is always Krystal been doing it for 25 years and this time was the worst. The cashier and manager should be fired no customer service. I ordered a 24 sack with cheese no mustard. What I got was a 12 sack full when I questioned I was charged for another 12 sack full when I said that would be more than what I ordered the manager said take it or leave it. 5 hungry kids lets me pay and just feed them. Reminded no mustard. Got to hotel half had cheese all had mustard. One kid who is allergic had to go get Popeyes because wiping off the mustard just wouldn’t work.

My experience at the Saraland,AL restaurants was the worst. This place should be closed down. I spent 29.00 and through away most of my food and should have thrown it all away. The restaurants was busy, there were only two people working. The manager tried her best but she had to lock the doors so no one else could come in. Her only other worker after spending about ten minutes beating frozen hamburger meat with a hammer trying to get the meat to separate she just decided to cook the peices she could put together. She then went and locked herself in the bathroom. The cooking area was a disaster. I asked for change because I was about to give the poor manager a tip. She didnt have time to give me change. In the mean time another worker showed up to help. They started arguing. I got scared, through my food away, It wasn't done after all, and decided to leave. The manage then asked again if I needed change, I said no and raced out. I want a refund and unless the owner can get more help, I think it should be closed. The people placing their orders were good people, paying good hard earn money for the worst service and food ever. They needed more help and if they can't pay there employees what they are worth and treat their guest with better respect, please close it down.

First I would like to give all glory to the Creator of 🌎 and life 🙏. I want it to be known that no restaurant is perfect, every restaurant deserves a chance to prove their greatness. I almost lost hope because of a few experiences at this Krystal location. I was about to give it a 1 star, but after being served by the GM Mrs. Tueyeattia, and Mrs. Sabrina Harris. Then the next 2 days being served by D and Mrs. Tueyeattia, let me tell you all something, that food was hot and fresh each day. It really revived me and they really came with it because the food was cooked with so much love and passion. These 3 individuals deserve a promotion and great recognition 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 outstanding performance. Thank you all 🙏

Long time lover of Krystal's! This lady visit I was asked to pull along side another car for 3 Krystal burgers with extra pickles. Well there is hardly any room for 2 vehicles to park side by side there and another truck was trying to get out of a parking spot at a restaurant next door. I had to pull up but it took almost 10 minutes for 3 Krystal's. There wasn't extra pickles and they were squished and tasted old. I wasn't happy about this visit at all.

Krystals with cheese were cooked days before. Absolutely horrible. Chili pups were old, old burnt onions. It was hotter inside than outside. Can't believe 4 Krystals with cheese, 2 pups a small fry and small drink was almost $20.
