Worst experience I ever had at a crystals. Now I have to spend time to cancel the charge on my card. Garbage, The food was stale almost like left over from the previous day.

The woman working the drive through didn't know what the hell she was doing. She was extremely confused and she confused the hell out of everyone. I got the 5 cheese Krystals and Chile cheese fries and they only put maybe a spoonful og Chile on the fries.

Usually dead at this location. The food is made to order if anything to do with chicken, I guess, due to their volume of orders being low so be prepared to wait. Some times waiting on their regular Krystal sandwich takes a while. Good food other than the wait

Frfr the wait be crazy but what can you expect when you order the chicken and you get a whole breast plate on a lil bun.. like where the rest of the bread.. wait.. no is the chicken patty posed to be that big ?? Oh well I'll take it.. it was delicious either way. Wish I had taken picture of this massive whole breast of a sammich. I'll be back.

I ordered 12 Krystal burgers.I left before checking the package. They looked as if they had been stepped on while putting them in the boxes. Worst I've ever seen. I had to throw them all away. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The only reason they even get one star is because there isn’t an option for negative stars. This is the absolute worst Krystal in or around Mobile and the surrounding areas. We’ve given them the 3 strikes and you’re out, hoping that maybe whomever or whatever was going on the other two times was a fluke. The service is terrible, every single employee we’ve had contact with is rude to the point of being disrespectful. We’ve had to pull up to wait, every time only to get our food and it’s cold or not what we actually ordered. This last time I ordered online, 24 Krystal’s add ketchup. Was given a time of 6:13, got there at 6:15 was told to pull up, didn’t get my sack till 6:30, no ketchup and two of them had no top bun. Come on people, do better.
