Little Caesars Pizza

I have literally never come here and they actually have a pizza “hot & ready”. Never. The employees don’t ever seem to care, and they always seem bothered they’re having to do their job when we come to the window. This location desperately needs some corrections with management.

I placed my order over the last phone. When I get to the restaurant, Nothing . It wasn’t put in by the agent. So I order again in person. I was told to come back in 30 minutes so I did. I went back in 35 minutes. Guess what? No pizza. Wasted my time trying to order . Here’s the kicker: the girl who “took” my order was at the window when I returned. She say, “wait a minute “. Never comes back but lets someone else tell me she screwed up! This was my last visit!!

They never have anything ready. Like ever. Even placed an online order got there twenty minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready and they still made me wait another 15 minutes. Will never go there again.

I’ve never experienced such a rude staff. I’m horrified at how I was treated but I’m seriously upset about how the lady in line beside me was treated. I stood outside the building to make sure she was safe and took employee photos that was yelling at this woman. I will absolutely never be back, shouldn’t had cheated on Dominos anyway. Will be calling corporate tomorrow when they open. Still shaking and completely shocked.

Slow missing staff

I appreciate my refund back, but I do not recommend this place! I had ordered 8 pizzas for my 2 year old birthday party. When I got there to pick them up the door was locked at 11:30 and not a soul was there!! They open or well suppose to open at 10. So unprofessional!!

They're always short staffed, which makes the ONE person working angry and irritable and say weird @&>/ like "I'm only making 2 pizzas" and lookin at u like he wanna go get in the grass or something... if I didn't understand his frustrations, the old me would of came out, but yea... they need better pay and more workers who actually want to work... Pizza Pizza b>/ch

Went on my lunch to get some wings and cheese bread and the lady that was “taking orders” was absolutely atrocious. She said I’d have to order bread after 4 pm. The guy behind her said I could order it but he’d have to cook some to which I asked her how long and I get a very blunt, “I don’t know”. So I just look at her and she leans her head back and yells “she wanna know how long” I didn’t hear what the guy said but she came back said “hes gotta cook it”. I said “okay I’m on lunch. How long do you think it would take”. She said “I don’t know. 20 minutes” so I just told her that I’d get the wings and she said “you gotta wait on those too”.

This isn’t the first experience we’ve had with an extremely rude experience and employees that don’t know anything.

This location just needs to shut down already.

Service was fast and friendly and because a customer did not pick up their food order, we were given 2 extra pizzas at no extra cost
