This store needs better leadership Management has no idea what they are doing or how to run a business

Got some bread sticks and i asked for the sauce man said i had to pay for the sauce its extra ... Since when u got to pay for sauce when u bought bread sticks not to mention why dont you spend the money on some gloves for girl in the back making pizza with her bare hands and eating food will not be back dont know were her hands been before touching my pizza bare hand smh teach ur employees to wear gloves and be clean were is the health department in this store and why are they still open they never have pizzas made I thought this was a hot and ready kinda thing not waiting for 1 hour for my order that was sloppy and not cooked all the way. Sounds like they need better manager in this store better yet I work as a shift lead and I'm sure I can run this store better and cleaner and actually make customers want to come back for more than that man that was there talking bout his rules for the sauce not to mention IV heard bad things bout the manager with the employees idk who owns this store but would gladly speak to them. Might just make a call in this store . It's pitiful

I'm going to have my most experience a one star. I ordered my food through the app, everything was moving just fine on the app, and I got a cancellation notice for my delivery at the same time my food was to be delivered. I called the location to discuss. the person who answered the phone couldn't find my order. She then stated our store doesn't offer delivery service, I must have ordered somewhere else or through a third party. I let her know I ordered through the little caesers app and that I'd had my food delivered several times before. when she just said she didn't know, I hung up on her. Although I was never charged for my food, between the cancellation and the poor customer service, I'll think twice before I order from this little ceasers again.

It took 20 min to wait on 2 people, then it was going to be 20 minutes. Wait for pizza puff, so I left with out geting anything

Not a single order in the past year I have made has ever been hot and ready. This location is honestly a disgrace and the owner should be ashamed. The staff never cares and takes their time coming to the window. People come to little Cesar’s for convenience and fast pizza. Not because they think the pizza is great.

Went to pick up 2 peps and a crazy bread and they said it would take an hour and a half so we went to the Chickasaw location and I walked out with my order. Saraland had 5 employees that you could lay eyes on and Chickasaw had 2. Saraland needs a complete restructure or just a shut down.

The workers have a great attitude , and pizza is always hot.

I have literally never come here and they actually have a pizza “hot & ready”. Never. The employees don’t ever seem to care, and they always seem bothered they’re having to do their job when we come to the window. This location desperately needs some corrections with management.

I placed my order over the last phone. When I get to the restaurant, Nothing . It wasn’t put in by the agent. So I order again in person. I was told to come back in 30 minutes so I did. I went back in 35 minutes. Guess what? No pizza. Wasted my time trying to order . Here’s the kicker: the girl who “took” my order was at the window when I returned. She say, “wait a minute “. Never comes back but lets someone else tell me she screwed up! This was my last visit!!

They never have anything ready. Like ever. Even placed an online order got there twenty minutes later than when it was supposed to be ready and they still made me wait another 15 minutes. Will never go there again.

I’ve never experienced such a rude staff. I’m horrified at how I was treated but I’m seriously upset about how the lady in line beside me was treated. I stood outside the building to make sure she was safe and took employee photos that was yelling at this woman. I will absolutely never be back, shouldn’t had cheated on Dominos anyway. Will be calling corporate tomorrow when they open. Still shaking and completely shocked.
