4 years ago I went to Little Caesars in saraland and was met with Rude staff, cold with no sauce pizza. Last night June 30th 2023, I ordered Uber eats to deliver me 2 large pepperoni pizza combos with crazy sauce and bread from Little Caesars thinking that they couldn't possibly after 4 years be as bad as they were. I was wrong. The breadsticks were so rubbery it was like eating rubber bands, no sauce for the breadsticks even though I ordered it, my pizza was cut weirdly and tasted old. After we ate this messed up meal (which I meant we probably should have known better but we were hungry after not being able to eat all day) we got so sick I threw up twice and I have been in the bathroom for almost 24 hours non-stop over and over since eating this meal. Unless you want to be sick all the time for over 24 hours especially, avoid Little Caesars in saraland. 4 years ago they messed up and four years later they're even worse.

Food usually tastes good and is hot, but they NEVER answer the phone, close down early, and close the front down at night so you have to go thru the drive thru and block the whole parking lot. Plus the potholes are HORRIBLE. They fixed them a little, but not the whole parking lot. The night crew just does whatever they want and it shows. Good pizza, but you jump thru hoops to get it! Is it really worth all the trouble??

The girl working this evening has a hearing problem. And then wants to get an attitude when you tell her that ain't what you wanted. I will never be back there again. Me and my whole family will take our business elsewhere.

They have the worst service imaginable. They never get your order on time, if they even take it. The employees are rude. I drive to the one in Chickasaw. Avoid this one in Saraland. They don’t act like they even want anyone’s business.

This place is great . The new guys working there are great . I would highly recommend getting your food here . I drive by all the other places just to eat here . Its always a pleasure doing business at this place. Thank you for your dedication to what you do .

On 11/8, I ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza from the Saraland, AL location. I am beyond disappointed with my order!!! Upon arriving home, and opening the box, I was horrified at what I actually received. Pictures attached. Pepperonis (100), sauce and cheese are supposed to cover the pizza edge to edge. This was not a $12 pizza!! Do you have an employee training issue?! A management issue?! Do better, Little Caesars. We have been Little Caesar’s customers for years but the service and product is continuously below an acceptable standard. Lastly, the parking lot/drive thru pavement is horrendous!! Pot holes are the worst in Saraland. Although you may not be responsible for maintaining parking lot/drive thru, you have influence. Use it! Saraland deserves better.

The older lady today was very rude. She was rude to her co worker and to me. Called my money fake but still took it. I guess it wasn’t so fake. Didn’t apologize about the situation either just said it looked funny. And told the lady not to accept my money next time. Won’t be back.

I made an order for pickup at 9pm after I got off work at 8:30, I placed the order around 7:45. Upon arriving there I waited until 9 when my order was supposed to be ready then proceeded inside. Once I got to the counter I told the worker the name on the order and that it was an online order. He then began to tell me that they didn't have any of the brownies so I would not be able to get the ones I had ordered. He called his manager to ask what to do, she then told him that I would have to ask for a refund over the app. I asked if I could get something in exchange, in which they only offered me a pepperoni pizza instead. Even after getting what I thought was all of my order, I was still missing one of my pizzas. So here it is like 9:15 and I'm still having to wait on an item from my order. The workers in the back making the pizzas were not wearing any kind of gloves while touching the ingredients for the pizzas, which to me is not only unsanitary but unprofessional.

I called in an order for 10 pizzas Friday afternoon to be ready by 1:30pm Saturday. They not only had the pizzas ready but carried them out and they were HOT AND READY!! Keep up the good work!

Went to little Caesars tonight and was not satisfied at all the night shift mess the order up charge me for something I didn’t order and no sauce on the pizza need better crew they didn’t want to take the order and the pizza was not done all the way 4/5/22

Just don't spend your money here. If you order it's never done on time plus this is the 4th time they forgot something on my order. I'll drive to semmes before I order from this location again. Food isn't cooked most of the time. Worst little Caesars in mobile. There driveway is full of potholes large enough to mess with your car.

Poor management. Food was gross. The ceilings where falling in as well as leaking. Don’t work here very rude behind closed doors. As a former worker they treat u terrible, threats to cut hours. Works 12 hr. Shifts @ 15. Management is very messy as well as starts issue in the work place Along with her 13 year old grandson who is not employed!! . Not professional and dirty. Roof juice falls. In food and still have to service it as well as roaches and old food. Being served. Don’t work nor eat here terrible job and place of business, as well re using old lunch combos. Heated up for a deep dish. Waits where long due to not prepping during the day . Management blames every thing on their younger workers. And dose not listen. As well as bullies

Please do not eat here your food will have rotten ceiling water leaking in your food and sauce. Ceiling were literally caving in. Roaches crawling all around the store.The management does not care about these issues, employees(former employee here)bring the issue up to them and it’s still not fixed. Management is terrible to its employees, so if you plan on having this as a first jobs, please consider going somewhere else. Management does not listen to its employees blames everything on them.

Lost my order. Then they found it. Missed my extra toppings on my supreme. And the drive thru has WAY to many pot holes.However.....the people were nice and apologized. And what I did receive tasted very good.

They use to get people in and out but now you will be waiting for at least 30 to 45 minutes and that's not good when you delivering someone's else's food
