Ice cream is great and many flavors. The girl behind the counter is the one that makes me not want to go anymore. Rude, acts like she just wants to get done with you, did not ask if a wanted toppings or anything just gave me the ice cream after not even giving me the one I asked. Awful customer service I don’t understand what she is still doing working there!!!!

Customer Service here is awful. My boyfriend and I went for a sweet treat. The girl behind the counter would not even look at me just mumbled words and was very rude. She also told my boyfriend that the shake machine wasn’t working. So he didn’t get a shake he got icecream on a cone. Right after we sit down eating out icecream another man comes in and asks for a shake. The girl just makes it for him and he gets a shake. After telling us no. I will not be coming back here.

I love marble slab creamery... Every location has been a great experience. This one is no different. I had a regular cup with double dark chocolate and butter pecan ice cream and butter finger crumbles. Man!! It was delicious!! Swing by and get you some marble slab and if you like them then like my post, please?

Came in at 9:00 when the store closes at 10. I am 8 months pregnant and told my husband when I walked in that I needed to use the restroom. Not a minute later one of the young employees pulls two chairs in front of the bathroom blocking it off. My 5 year old is also asking to use the restroom, my husband grabs the attention of an employee and asks if we can use the restroom and they say no. I had to load myself and my kid up and drive next door to the gas station to use the bathroom and then come back because we were with other people who already ordered and we had as well. At 9:27 they told us their lobby was closed? We were not even the only people there, there was another parent with a group of children. This location doesn't have a drive thru so how does the lobby close at 9:27 and the place is still open until 10? The floor was filthy when we walked in with entire smooshed cookies on the floor. The staff was obviously bothered that we came in and rude to everyone that came in.

This was my first time visiting this location. It was busy but the line moved fairly quickly. The employees were super nice. The ice cream ?? was delicious. I recommend the Cinnamon Vanilla.
