I am not a fan of pizza. But participating in Pizza Crust Friday for Eddie and Chooch caused us to order. I was blown away. The service was polite, gracious and fast. The pizza made me a believer. It was delicious!!! I asked for lots of modifications it was no problem. And Wow!!! Great meal so back again this Friday. Thank you all.

Had an awful experience. Ordered two pizzas, one with mushrooms, and they were canned and chewy, not fresh. Ordered Buffalo wings, and they didn't have sauce. When we called, we were told that wouldn't replace the food and could only give a refund, but they didn't know when it would process. Then they said that maybe when the other employee comes back they can bring new wings but they would need the other ones back. Sounds like they reuse food. Or we could come by and get it ourselves. Tomatoes on the salad were old and mushy. Terrible food. Awful customer service. For spending $50, we should have had decent food. Now we have to get dinner somewhere else.

So today was my first time having Marco's Pizza. When I say it was the bomb. Me and my grandbabies enjoyed every single slice. We ordered the garden pizza. This young man prepared us the perfect pizza. We will be ordering here from now on.

Get emails saying my food was delivered 30 minutes before it actually arrives, just to be missing both dipping sauces every order I've made

Not sure what happened but for over two years this was the best pizzas around. Always on time when we ordered pickup and always the right order. Something changed in October and three consecutive orders from here have been wrong. This last one was almost an hour and a half past the time the app said it would be ready for pickup and then still did not get the right pizza. Not only was it late and wrong, the app or emails didn’t reflect the hour and a half delay. No communication was given that the order would be that late. We simply can’t continue to pay these prices and get the wrong food. Whatever happened in October needs to be corrected. Quality has gone off the cliff. It’s sad because we really loved this place.

Marco’s pizza is so good! Always get the best service and the quality is amazing! However, I know this location is going thru a lot of personnel changes and has been for some time. And it is starting to show in the quality. Something is very off with the past 3 times we ordered. The sauce tastes completely different. There’s no salt or seasoning in the sauce & the dough is just flat & bland tasting. Still hands down beats the other pizza places around here and I still gobble it up, but something is different. I hope during all the transition and changes going on, Management hears what people are saying before it gets too far gone.
Y’all still are the best around!! And y’all crazy helpful when we walk in or have to call in because of app issues. Y’all do go above & beyond for your customers!! And the lady that always delivers our pizza is the SWEETEST person in the planet!!I love that!!

If y’all see a review on here from some lady complaining about this store that’s posted today or the next, just know it’s a lie. I’m currently here and a lady is absolutely losing it with the store and calling over and over because their dasher took forever. How can you be mad at a store that has nothing to do with your delivery? Anyways food and employees were super amazing. That lady was just INSANE and entitled. Karen

All 3 pizzas were sitting in a pool of grease and none of the dipping sauces ordered were provided. The white with bacon, onion and tomatoes was good, the others with red sauce had a really off flavor and was too bitter making me think it was old.

My order was missing a salad.

The sweet chilli sauce was not like any other I've had. Iy was extremely vinegary and the wings were soft and not cooked right at all.

This was my first time ordering and most likely the last. It wasn't worth the $100 we paid. Insane.

The pizza just wasn't that good. I'm not sure what has changed but the taste was off on all of them and not good.
The person who called me about having to change one of the pizzas was very nice tho.

We’ve enjoyed the pizza we have gotten at each Marcos location, but this specific location needs work in the time management area. I placed a to go order and was told give them 15 minutes. I gave it 25 and arrived for carry out pick up. There wasn’t a single customer in the store and all employees were doing busy work. When I gave my name to the guy, he gave me a confused look. He went to the computer screen and pressed a few buttons. They hadn’t even started our order. He didn’t say anything, like ‘give me 20 minutes’ or address the issue. Just went to the station (without washing his hands or using gloves) and started our order. It’s wild because he took my phone order so I’m not sure why he’d be confused that there was a pending order that needed to be fulfilled.
