I could honestly write a book as I've had more than one poor experience here. There must not be management in place at this location and if there is they're just as terrible as the staff. You can tell the employees are held to no standard and are not held accountable for their actions. They're rude. They don't greet you or say thank you or have an ounce of customer service in their interactions with customers. It's really sad. Long waits of 30 mins and they don't even apologize. Mess up your order, don't apologize. It's almost like they treat you like you've bothered them by coming to their job and making them do job tasks. Disgusting.
McDonald's - FIRE everyone and start over Customers - BEWARE just go somewhere else, it isn't even worth the hassle, wasted time, and money.
