We had a very large group, and they were able to get us in and out with ease. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Russ took great care of us. They also handeled splitting our tickets and our tax excempt without any problems. Highly reccommend!

We had a group of 40+ come to eat before our football game. The staff was ready for us when we got here, fast and efficient taking all of our orders and got our food out extremely quickly. Service was great and the food was fantastic!! Highly recommend and thank you Russ (manager) for taking such great care of us!!

I asked for a hamburger steak to go and I received what looked like to me as a 4 oz. hamburger patty. It was over cooked and had 4 mushroom slices as the topping. What a rip off. If I was there at the restaurant I would’ve sent it back and told them I want nothing. Very disappointing.

Came here after a local Friday night football game, walked in at 10:08pm (open until 11pm) there was a SINGLE table of people in this entire restaurant.. Took 10 minutes for someone to come to the host stand to sit us. I asked could they accommodate a party of 8 and was told yes. After sitting for a bit we received service by the rudest server ever! Bad attitude and absolutely horrible customer service. She tossed plates of food down, literally threw napkins on the table, rude while taking orders, all around just horrible… Her terrible attitude did not deserve the automatic gratuity that was added to my check. No wonder there was literally ONE table of guests in the entire restaurant on a FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!! Will NEVER give this local restaurant our business EVER AGAIN!!!!! Annalise you need some serious training if you plan to continue working in the hospitality industry!

Went in and ordered their food challenge because I was relatively hungry. Did not disappoint.

The only saving grace was the new manager Jerry, he is very polite and respectful. The food was not the best but I love this place so naturally I would see call to see what's wrong. They have a few new chefs I'm not impressed but the manager handled the situation with calm and ease 🙂. Thank you Jerry for not being the death of one of my favorite places here in Saraland the great Spartan Nation

Great experience!! RamCorps from university of mobile came with a party of 15 and we had one server KAYLA W who was absolutely amazing and was such a kind server. She was quick and efficient and was just the best ever! Absolutely loved having her as a server!
The food was great, and overall I had a great time. Definitely recommend this place and Kayla w! ❤️

Mangements needs a fix but the servers here are the best of the best. Depending on who's in the kitchen at the time, you'll get good or mediocre food time to time. Best times to eat here is during the day, Mon-Friday, or the early weekend nights (Friday/Saturday)

Madi was a very friendly and attentive server. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu items. She even made my grand son super happy with her friendly personality. Our food came out hot and tasted delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the burgers, especially the A1 Steak Burger and Stu’s Magic Mushroom Burger, or the Mombo Combo. That chicken Marinara is pretty tasty as well. It’s all so yummy. We have trouble choosing one thing and often order take home meals. My family and I have had many wonderful experiences at the Saraland Mugshots and will be returning very soon.

Kayla, my server, was conscientious, friendly, and available! Dylan, the manager was actively involved with staff and customers! He was very friendly, open to comments, and suggestions. Both had great eye contact, smiles, and positive attitude!
