Extremely Disappointing Service by Siren at Mugshots Grill and BarMy recent encounter with Siren at Mugshots Grill and Bar was nothing short of a nightmare. Her appalling attitude and complete disregard for customer satisfaction tainted what should have been a pleasant dining experience. Hamburgers not what I expected. Had very little taste compared to its advertisements. The order came out too quickly, like it was warmed up for a drunk at the bar; but I was at a table with my spouse and not drinking alcohol.

Good food. Understaffed but no complaints other than it takes a while for some aspects due to one server on 5 or 6 tables. The server was great but just stretched out. Maybe due to call puts from fat Tuesday, I'm not sure I was overall happy with everything. Nothing was burnt all the food was cooked properly. My mix drink wasn't to my liking, but everyone makes a top shelf long island different thoughKid-friendliness: Kids menu and colors providedWheelchair accessibility: Open accessible parking for handicapped individuals requiring space for wheelchair
