terrible customer service buy 1 particular employee. got no order no refund and cussed out for asking to many questions. hung up on numerous times due to asking for a corp number.no return call from manager of store. i finally gave up after numerous calls to the store. . terrible very inexperienced management that enables poor unprofessional behavior. will never go here again. although 1 employee named Maddie was very nice and professional and went out of her way to offer atonement. Sad to have some people that actually care about there job only to be ruined by other employees and management. Im pretty sure this behavior is not in Papa Johns missuin statement or coc

Im convinced this business dont care about wearing gloves to protect the people. This is another girl at a different time. Where the heck is the health department.
The pizza maybe good but they don't use gloves. This is a health hazard. People wonder why their getting sick and here is one reason for it. I watched this girl touch food with her bare hands and wipe her hands on her clothes then back to the food. Also, it's sad to know people come to work unprofessional. Some people don't want to see this when they come get food. It's a turn off.

If I could give a 0 I would! We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and 2 hours later we had to call to see where our order was! We were told it left the store . When the order was delivered the box was not sealed and the seal was not broken and the pizza was cold! We called the male said he sealed the box ! A female got the phone had a nasty attitude and hung up. We will never order anything!

We ordered pizza at 5:30pm. It was not delivered until 8:00pm. When the food arrived it was cold. The tracker stopped working so we called the store. When we asked the status of the order the person on the phone was rude. Zero customer service. No discounts, apologies, or offers. This is probably how the guy on SpongeBob felt when they forgot his diet dr. Kelp.

I havenât eaten papa Johnâs in a long time. However, the pizza was pretty good. I was surprised that they actually put extra sauce on my pizza. Most of the time, you ask for extra sauce only to getâŠ. NO Sauce on your pizza. I will be coming back and will write updates. I showed up five minutes after the completion time and it wasnât ready. But the pizza was fresh and everything ordered was on the pizza.

I placed an order for delivery and the driver left my pizza and drink on the front porch of my home without ringing the doorbell or knocking. The food was good but I will never order from them again. You shouldn't have to leave specific instructions to ring a doorbell or otherwise let the customer know that their food had arrived, and all that after leaving a 25% tip, Never again.
