Liz makes all the difference in customer service in the entire Pizza Hut company in Saraland. What ever she makes you should double! She is the reason we are continued customers. Everything is perfect when she is there. When she is not, it’s a complete disaster.

Went in the pick up a order the order wasn't ready the young lady said all I have ready is 3 sausage and 1 pepperoni I said ok I'll take it I opened up the boxes the personal pan pizza was cold I told her I'll just wait so I waited on my order then 15 min later she gave w my order to find out when I got in the car one of the pizza was cold which was from the first ones she tried to give me SMH if u that tired go home I don't care if the pizza was .50 take pride in your job I took it of she was being funny but its OK

Manager just called me after I picked up my pizza to see if my order was right. That is customer service!
I ordered a hand made pan pizza and it was the sloppiest pizza I have ever gotten from any dominos location. The pizza was also not properly cutt so I had to cut my pizza myself and I requested the pizza well done only to get a soggy pizza that was definitely not well done. I get this same pizza at dominos all the time and this was the absolute worst experience I have had from any dominos.

Called and asked if I could use a coupon with delivery she said yes. Gave her the coupon number and she didn't use it. Also gave the driver my coupon. I had to pay full price. I will not order from them anymore.

Ordered dinner box tonight, while it’s not our typical order it’s something we’ve gotten before. The pizza was undercooked, still doughy. Same for the cinnamon sticks. The breadsticks had no effort to them either with the butter and seasonings globbed over the center.
Only reason I decided to actually leave a review is because when we called staff told us “that’s how the pizza is supposed to be”, when we have ordered this before and received a better product.

I come from a world of New York City and New Haven independent pizza shops in addition to having Italian grandparents, so eating at Pizza Hut is accompanied by a fair amount of shame and disappointment. I'm living in an area where the only choices are chain pizza and where the local populace gobbles it up in a state of glazed, indiscriminate glee. If you order your pizza well done, there's a chance it will be marginally palatable. The people who work here are really nice.
