The services is slow and the people working there are incompetent. We were the only ones in there and it took 30 minutes to get our food. The staff was moving at a slow speed. The food handlers did not have hair nets, nor did they have gloves. The cashier acted as though it was an inconvenience to take our order. Rude and incompetent people. The owner and manager needs to get their staff in order and teach customer service.I will be calling the health department. We got our food home and there was a long blond hair in the food, which 2 of the girls had blond wigs on. The day was 4/16/24 at 4:30.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Was hoping they’d prove me wrong at least once yet here we are. 4/5 times I come here my order is wrong. The people inside are rude, stuck up, and act like they don’t want to be there. The 20 minutes I’ve sat waiting on 12 wings and my sandwich, 2 people have driven away. I was asked to pull forward and someone just come to bring my order and it was wrong. Then she came back to ask me to pull to a regular parking spot because they “had to reform the wings bc they didn’t want to give me cold ones” like I’m late for work now, I’ll just take the cold ones. Then when they bring my order for hopefully the last time, he asked me what I had and tells me to check it before I leave. I will never be back to this location.
