The food is good but it would be better if I got what I ordered... I ordered regular with bacon and cheese #3 here, and they gave a #2 ghost pepper sandwich with cheese and no bacon. I also ordered a 2 piece of the strawberry pies but they gave me 2 apple pies. The 2 piece was suppose to be $2.99 where one only is $1.99 and they charged me for two single pies instead of the 2 pack price. Was a guy on the speaker but I didn't see any guy when I pulled up, so I don't know if that's a remote worker and there is some disconnect or if he has in back somewhere. Y'all need to get better about putting the right thing into the system in the right way. The lady was nice and pleasant, but you don't know you have the wrong stuff till you get home. The pies were marked with an S so that is someone else's mistake I think.

Our order was wrong, and the chicken tasted like it had been refried. Order apple pies and got cherry pies. Staff was fussing at each other. I've been here before and it was ok. But this time, never ever again.

Ordered 20 mins online before arrival. Had to wait additional 15 mins for order. There's no point in advanced ordering here.
This was the worst experience eating Popeyes chicken I ever had,the chicken was old,not seasoned,the fries were old,the biscuit was rock hard and i will never go to this location again,I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Horrible service and terrible attitude from the manager with the name tag that's says "Bigg Dogg". Ordered food and sat down. After 25 mins went to see why we didn't have our food yet, they had to ask what we had and then call to the back to drop our chicken. Opted for a refund since we are traveling and didn't have the time to wait. Yall need to quit taking smoking breaks 3 at a time when you're "understaffed" and "bigg dogg" should not be a manager.

All of these bad, very bad reviews and nobody is doing anything about it. Someone with Popeyes needs to see these and actually do something to make changes. At this rate, this Popeye's Location will end up being shut down. It's sad that this type of behavior has become acceptable and people use the excuse of "we can't find good help"...... There's still plenty of good help available. You have to set expectations and standards and stick to them. Do better at interviewing people and hiring better people.
