This was the worst experience eating Popeyes chicken I ever had,the chicken was old,not seasoned,the fries were old,the biscuit was rock hard and i will never go to this location again,I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

Horrible service and terrible attitude from the manager with the name tag that's says "Bigg Dogg". Ordered food and sat down. After 25 mins went to see why we didn't have our food yet, they had to ask what we had and then call to the back to drop our chicken. Opted for a refund since we are traveling and didn't have the time to wait. Yall need to quit taking smoking breaks 3 at a time when you're "understaffed" and "bigg dogg" should not be a manager.

All of these bad, very bad reviews and nobody is doing anything about it. Someone with Popeyes needs to see these and actually do something to make changes. At this rate, this Popeye's Location will end up being shut down. It's sad that this type of behavior has become acceptable and people use the excuse of "we can't find good help"...... There's still plenty of good help available. You have to set expectations and standards and stick to them. Do better at interviewing people and hiring better people.

I ordered online & was charged for wings that I didn’t want! Directly after placing the order I tried to cancel it in app, there were no options for it. Immediately following that, I called customer support which directed me back to the app which I had to submit a request and it stated, “ that I’ll be contacted in forty eights hours. I wasn’t satisfied with that so I tried to contact the store several times with no answer. It’s ridiculous the amount of effort one has to apply just to get your money back! Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about Popeyes!

People working should be fired. We arrived at this place at 3:40 pm and there was no one at the front a guy taking the drive-through orders and one sitting out. After waiting for a few minutes I asked help from the guy outside, he stood up in slow motion and went inside as some other female worker was coming in. She came and passed right in front of us without even saying a word, I guess afraid that we'd asked her for help. I called the guy again looked at him and asked him "So what" and then he started taking our order. Long story short don't waste your time here unless you really want chicken and go through drive-thru only.
