Just reopened since remodeling and it much improved. Service is excellent our server was Heather Jackson. She by far has been the best waitress we have had in a very long time. If you go and want great service I would ask for her. As for the food it's a lot better than before, and I love the new look is really nice. Really enjoyed it and this is our second trip since reopening, salad bar is not as good as it once was for sure

The food was excellent. I had the bourbon salmon with rice pilaf and zucchini. Our server Jennif was very friendly, outgoing and engaging. The place was very clean. With plenty of parking. If or when we come back thru will visit again.

Everything was excellent but the server needs to work at letting people eat instead of always coming around. Glass was always full. Food good portions needs work . Potion of food to price wasn't good small amount to high price

I had such a great experience at Ruby Tuesday today, thanks to our waitress, Jen. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. Her positive attitude truly made our meal more enjoyable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. She also recommended the ice cream brownie, and it was absolutely outstanding and delicious — such a perfect treat! Immediately upon meeting the waiter, tall blk guy, he advised us of how long it's going to take for lemonades.. He made it seem like it was going to take foreverrr just to get a lemonade. In other words, he is suggesting not to order it and just order the easy stuff like coke and sprite that he can refill easily, Which he directly stated he can keep those coming..like ok?... I personally thought that was rude to put so maaany emphasis on that it's gonna take so long for A lemonade and it actually didn't take long at all.. The Vibe it gave was just very lazy He was also not very polite or organized. However, I ordered the Philly cheese and Tots and it was absolutely delicious..

Me and my family went to Ruby Tuesday and everyone was so nice. Haley was our server and she was so sweet and answering all of our questions. She even recommended the hickory salmon and it was delicious and I added the salad bar.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to my waitress Haley! Y’all would not believe that this is the same person that helped me with my car after I hit a fire hydrant! & that was THREE MONTHS AGO! She was an absolute firecracker tonight I was not expecting to run into her again 3mons later! Such a great bubbly person! If we can get her again, we’d definitely be back!
