I’ve been going here for a while now and I loveee the strawberry snow cone. However my most recent experience was a little upsetting. I ordered my usual and I didn’t notice at first that there wasn’t that much syrup in the cone. No big deal. I pulled back around and asked the lady working the window if it was okay if she could put some more syrup in my cup. She then gets annoyed and says “it’s just at the bottom”. I say, “oh I understand but I pulled some from the bottom and it still didn’t have that much flavor.” She then takes my spoon, and pulls some of the snow cone from the bottom (which by the way also lacked syrup) and goes, “see!” I just looked at her and she finally says “well I will put some more in there anyway but there’s enough syrup at the bottom.” I say thank you and she huffs and puffs as she’s pouring more syrup in the snow cone. I tell her thank you again when she hands the snow cone to me. She rolls her eyes. I really didn’t think my request was that serious nor was I even upset. I don’t understand why she was so upset over me asking for more syrup but maybe she was just having a bad day. Anyway, I rated it 3 stars because usually my experience is pleasant. I hope that there’s a better reaction to customers wanting their snow cone to taste like more than ice. The photo of the snow cone before she added the syrup is below.

I absolutely love snow biz they have the best piña colada and tigers blood snow cone love getting the biggest size especially being pregnant I have serious cravings for them and the good is great too never had any issues

My kids and I absolutely love this little place. Everything is so tasty and amazing. The owner and her daughter are super sweet. My favorite flavor will always be Tigers Blood but my kids love Cotton candy, blue raspberry, wedding cake and birthday cake flavors. You should definitely stop by for an awesome treat. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle bc they have a drive-thru

This is a nice little place for a quick bite. The hot dogs are good but next time, my husband and I are going to try the nachos. Very nice atmosphere.

Hands down best snow cones around. They have some good nachos as well. Fast and friendly service. Definitely the place to be when summer hits down here.

I don't know who owns this now But the last time I got a snowball there it was actually good this time I paid $6 I had to pay extra for more flavors and it's don't have any flavor at all don't go there don't suggest it. They didn't put mixed the flavor in with it it's nothing but a ice sugar cup. I threw $6.25 in the garbage!
