WORST FOOD EVER!!! Everything was burnt to a crisp couldn't eat anything spent $80 and all 4 burgers were burnt couldn't even bite patties were so hard like biting into a hockey puck, said no tomatoes bc im allergic and what was on them tomatoes.. chicken tenders and fries were so hard i could of hammered a nail or playes darts with them.. milk shake tasted spoiled, chilli cheese coney had no cheese, had two plain hotdogs plain now ams they managed to even screw them up.. DO NOT EAT HERE , DP NOT ORDEE UBER EATS FROM HERE .. STAY CLEAR..

This is the worst sonic location. You sit in line for over 15 minutes for 2 drinks when you and one other person is the only people here. They need to lock the doors here!!! I hate this location.

The Saraland Sonic used to be great, but the last several times we have been there have been absolutely awful. Every time we went, they made us wait forever to order, in both the drive thru and at the stalls. We could see and hear the employees inside joking around and laughing while we waited each time. When we finally did get to order, they were out of EVERYTHING. They have been out of ice cream the past 3 times we have went! It wasn’t even late when we were there either, we’ve been during lunch, dinner, and later in the evening: Out of ice cream, every single time.

They were also out of several types of food and only had a small selection of items we could order all three times. I can understand this happening once or twice, but for this to happen to us 3 times in a row? That is ridiculous and unacceptable. Especially when we don’t even go there very often. Plus, the food we did end up getting each time was disgusting and tasted like it had been sitting out all day.

We even tried getting a refund for one of the trips because the food was so bad and none of our order was right, but they said we had to contact corporate to get it. We reached out to corporate, but the amount of hoops they want you to jump through to get said refund was almost impossible, so we finally gave up.

We were foolish enough to try the Sonic in Saraland again the other day, hoping they had gotten better, but yet again it was the same exact issue as the last 3 times we had went. We waited ten minutes to order (which I guess should have been a sign that we shouldn’t have even tried), then when we finally ordered and got to the drive thru window, we waited another five minutes for them to speak with us (all while the employees inside were talking and laughing loudly). Once the girl finally opened the window, she tells us that they’re out of ice cream and can’t make any of the things we ordered. So we wasted 15 minutes only to be disappointed and have to get food elsewhere.

Needless to say we will not be going back to this Sonic again unless we hear that they are under new management, because whoever is running this place right now obviously doesn’t care about making their customers happy or even serving their customers, since you can’t get any food that you want when you go.

Should maybe only go here if it's the last option. It's almost a guarantee you will be waiting 30 minutes plus even if there is 1 car at the window. They are all young so no one really cares about getting the orders done and sent out and some orders are forgotten and some will even give out wrong orders and leave if it is close to a shift change

Definitely my first time waiting 1 1/2 hours in a drive thru that isn’t even full. I don’t really know why I stuck around, I watched 5 cars leave during the wait. I guess I’m a masochist.

Literally ordered a dirty Dr Pepper waited half an hour for it rang the inside from my stall took them another 5-10 minutes to come to it then asked me what I needed and then left the speaker again so then I had to come to the window they were oblivious and didn’t what was going on and seemed like they were totally lost and weren’t even busy so the guy ask what my order was then gives me the wrong drink they all seemed to be on drugs

Ordered from door dash and specifically asked for just a plain cheeseburger and I received a cheeseburger with everything on it. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to read an online order and mess up the order itself. This has happened more than a few times. Actually hire employees that pay attention to meal orders!

Well first drive thru speaker out for for a long time now, so they can only take one order at time. Huge problem at busy times. Pot hole pretty deep in drive thru. Light out a night due to mgmt not adjusting to daylight savings time. Always out of product. Sign busted out on drive thru wall. Place is a mess and losing business due to poor mgmt or ownership. Gone down hill.
I use to run and open restaurant businesses.
I bet much more issues not seen from outside but there is a start.
