My 14 year old niece absolutely loves everything about a Starbucks from the welcoming atmosphere soft slight music, lightening, furniture & friendly staff and presentation of food snd drinks are as they should be

If I could give no stars I would !!! Today I waited 30 mins on my coffee I had 4 the light skinned lady argued me up and down about her giving me a coffee I never freaking received then another girl said it was in the drive thru the whole time I even begged her to rewind the camera because she was refusing on giving me a refund at first I always go there n this today showed by I won’t go back im upset n den my order was wrong

Every time I come here they either mess up my order or take an insanely long time to prepare it. Would not recommend & this is my last time coming here. Ridiculous.
Good customer service, but you can tell that maybe they were in a hurry cause the matcha is chunky like it wasn’t mixed well and could taste the chunks only complaint I have

Thank you September 3,2025 I’m not sure how to feel after the visit this morning. My 2 pumpkin cream cold brews were so bitter we can’t drink them. Horrible taste.

I understand that making a london fog takes longer than majority of your drinks (which I have no problem waiting), but skimming the customer of what they paid for is unacceptable. I order this pretty often, I ask for certain syrups and cold foam on top everytime… which i pay an extra $2-$3 for. When I order these custom drinks I almost never get what I pay for. What’s worse, is the sticker they put on the cup tells them exactly what I want, so at this point it’s not a mistake… it’s pure laziness and you’re robbing customers of what they actually want and pay for; if being a barista is truly so draining that you don’t want to pump syrup or pour cold foam on top of a drink… please go infect someone else’s business with your ignorance.
