I don’t frequent this location, but it never fails that I have poor service the few times I come here. It is always a 15+ minute wait on a simple coffee even through mobile ordering, and more times than not it is made wrong. After waiting 23 minutes for a latte yesterday that was made wrong, it wasn’t even worth my time to have it fixed. I simply won’t come here when I’m in Saraland anymore.

Cold not even buy a hot coffee. Was told only juice drinks or iced coffee because of some bottled water excuse. But does it not take the same products to make hot coffee and ice coffee? Except for ice. So over Starbucks and there employees excuses why you can't buy something, I am over it. I am sue that there are other coffee shops that would like the thousands I have spent there over the years. It will take a lot more than a colorful holiday cup to ever get me to spend money there again. GO CARIBOU COFFEE!

They di give me what I ordered to start and then put my drinks in a holder and didn't make sure they were pushed down and secure and I pulled off and the first turn from the parking lot they turned over spilled everywhere in my car I just had detailed the day before. The frappe wasn't even icy. They were like a shake and all liquid.

Great Starbucks location. Love the batistas.The only problem is when the delivery truck is there. I feel it's up to starbucks to tell the driver to park away from drive thru.If line is formed in drive thru you can't turn into parking lot and get by due to delivery truck. He should have to park like the one from sub place next door.
Parking: It's a minimal and even more hectic due to starbucks delivery truck some mornings. You can't pull in hardly due to it. Rest of the time it's packed.

This particular location is bad on inventory management and bad at order accuracy.
Me and my wife stopped ordering for several months due to being aggravated about these exact things.
We just recently decided to give this location another shot but have yet again been disappointed. If we wanted bad coffee then we would just order from McDonald's.
The workers don't even make sure that customers get their whole order. We live 15min away and had to drive back today to get our food and then it was made wrong when my wife is allergic to eggs in which she had ordered her sandwich without egg.

Today is my birthday and I stopped at this location to get my birthday reward. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappe for my reward. It was not good at all. It was flavorless. I get this drink very often and this was just bad. I bought my husband one as well and it was the same. I also bought my husband a slice of banana nut bread and it had what appeared to be a piece of hair in it! We were just passing through heading to Florida, so thankfully this isn't our usual Starbucks stop. I just hate wasted my birthday reward here.
