Got ghost pepper bread and it was very stale

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. They had not planned well enough to make a meatball sub so I ended up having to wait while they made other people's sandwiches. Some of their vegetables looked wilted and not fit to be fed to a stray animal. Also, my coworker felt sick to her stomach not long after returning to work. I was also overcharged and the employee was argumentative, stating that the breakdown was on my receipt. Do not go there!

Came to this store this morning at 830am and they are supposed to open at 7am. I called they answered on the 2nd call and said they wasn't open and I said I was sitting outside and the sign says they open at 7am. She said I could way or go to another Subway and I asked her how long that would be and she said ever how long it takes me to put the food out.

I understand the prices at Subway have gone up. But 10 dollars for a meatball sub is wild. They have a big sign in the lobby that says the churros are $2 only to get a receipt that says I paid $3. Eh I won't be back to Subway I don't think ever. It's not the dollar that counts. I just don't like being lied to. The food was good.

The worked named Cade is very unprofessional. He had in ear buds the while time and you had to wave to catch his attention and repeat yourself multiple times. They got my online order wrong. When I came back for a remake CADE proceeded to tell me" ain't nothing I can do about it" all while signing along to his music blasting from his ear pod. The employee Karma pushed past him and kindly remade my sandwich. Subway do better. The young man can not count change either. Get that young lady some real help. Cade you're rude sir!
1. Restaurant was dirty and workers did not meet Alabama state requirements for food handling. Long pointy nails, hair down outside of hat.2. Service as awful - Meth mouth the lady who initiated my order became very put out and visible ticked off when I asked for a salad. She didnt tell me what kind they have. I didnt know any sub can be a salad. There are no signs. I only know from prior visits to other Subway Restaurants that they indeed do have a chopped salad. The tall African American woman next to her who was handed off my order began complaining in regard to me being told that they could make a salad. She was muttering to meth mouth about the bowls, and from now on tell them no we dont do salads.3. Tables are sticky, and soft drink area is dirty.4. Hopefully Jersey Mikes, and Firehouse eventually puts this place out of business. poor quality food and poor attitudes are why I will not be back.

Worst subway I’ve been to, got my entire order wrong from the bread to the sauces. Asked for extra pickles she put no pickles on it… I explained to her my order was completely wrong, she had an attitude the entire time making it. I asked if I could pay for extra pickles she said the policy is “2 pickles per side of the sandwich”. Been to multiple subways and never had them say this. Take the extra time and find a different location. Never been to a subway with this terrible of service. Called the manager and nothing was solved by that either. Completely incompetent employees.

Yeah the black lady with the pixie cut was very rude. I came in and ordered a 6 inch build your own, and when she’s asking me about my sandwich she throws her hands up like I’m the one that’s bothering her. I’m the customer treat me like one, and not like I’m the one that’s bothering you. Girl if your not happy working there then find you another job, it’s a choice to show up, you’re the one that chose to work there.
Today I picked up an order for our local firehouse and had one of the best experiences in friendly special customer service from this manager and her workers. There was a very minor delay with order but is insignificant because I had time but most importantly she went the extra to make sure my expectations were exceeded. Hoping that they and others will see that all is not lost!

I recently visited Subway and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me. A'Leria was the one to serve me and she was very sweet and helpful. The sandwich she made for me was the best sandwich I had from there in a long time.
