this is a very toxic and hostile environment, i have never felt valued as a customer when i went to this subway. my food had a dead fly in it, this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!

Food was prepared well and the employees were very personable. Located inside a gas station, which stays moderately busy. Unfortunately reliant on the stations soda fountain, which regularly has issues with producing ice. Customers also have to call the employees out of back for service, sometimes.

Very rude and not willing to help find a solution . I called them because THEIR APP glitched out and put the wrong location for my pick up order. Not even 1 minute later I call to see if something can be done because they “already made it” but yet it was set for 12:40 and that happened at 12:28. And the manager and the person who picked up basically said no and there is nothing they can do. Now I’m at work and they took my money. I will be calling corporate.

Did an online order got the wrong thing when picking it up. Got home attempted to call store 4 times nobody answered only reason I wanted to call was to let them know so they could rectify the issue and have my food ready so I could get it faster and get back to work. Answer your phones gahleee

Lost my pick-up order but blamed me for being 4 minutes late. Would not refund or remake. I get that she may have problems with door dash drivers taking wrong orders, but I used subway app and showed up 4 minutes after they said it would be ready. She was rude about the whole thing and told me I should have stopped people in the parking lot to check their order.

My wife and I have been to this Subway twice and we find it great. Staff very nice and food tastes great too. I recommend this Subway to anyone. In my opinion you will not be disappointed. We will be back also.

I asked for a minute to look at the menu, the employee couldn’t wait and rushed me. “Do you at least know what type of bread?”. No I don’t because I need a minute. “We have white, wheat, Italian “. I went to look at the nutrition info. “I just told you what bread we have!”. Please go find something else to do and let the customer look! It is my hard earned money I am spending here. Check back in or just let someone make my order.

I was told to leave the location on US 43 saraland al. I spoke my mind on a facebook group. I said that the celeste rd location is better. I'm just wondering why they kicked me out for freedom of speech.

I went here for lunch. I asked for soft bread when I got to work to eat my sandwich, the bread tasted like it was toasted. It was hard as a brick. I called back and they were very rude about the situation very rude they told me there was no manager are corporate number I coworker got a sandwich from there on a different occasion and the bread was hard as well
Got ghost pepper bread and it was very stale

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. They had not planned well enough to make a meatball sub so I ended up having to wait while they made other people's sandwiches. Some of their vegetables looked wilted and not fit to be fed to a stray animal. Also, my coworker felt sick to her stomach not long after returning to work. I was also overcharged and the employee was argumentative, stating that the breakdown was on my receipt. Do not go there!

Came to this store this morning at 830am and they are supposed to open at 7am. I called they answered on the 2nd call and said they wasn't open and I said I was sitting outside and the sign says they open at 7am. She said I could way or go to another Subway and I asked her how long that would be and she said ever how long it takes me to put the food out.

I understand the prices at Subway have gone up. But 10 dollars for a meatball sub is wild. They have a big sign in the lobby that says the churros are $2 only to get a receipt that says I paid $3. Eh I won't be back to Subway I don't think ever. It's not the dollar that counts. I just don't like being lied to. The food was good.
