Food could have been better tomatoes were old... Service was really good lady was very polite did not like the fact that their policy is if an online order comes on while you're there they have to take that first. Which is BS because I was there already. Staff explained and was polite about it. Corporate policy... Also their plastic bags are no longer it's paper and the paper bag didn't even make it out the door without ripping.. and the sandwiches weren't March they were all different

Blissful Euphoria
After traveling for 3 hours stopped in first first meal of the day. Toaster oven broken the vegetables displayed was not stocked so our choices on what we wanted to put on the sandwich was limited. With two people there and it not being busy. I would think it would be stocked so we would have to get the bottom on the container. Also the steak sandwich I received that was wrong not to warm the meat up!

Two of the poorest made sandwiches I've ever recieved from a Subway. Price was $6 more than I've paid at any other Subway for the exact same thing, because apparently they don't offer the same sandwich as all other locations I've been to. Definitely won't be coming here again. Every other Subway in saraland is WAY better; service, sandwich quality, and price.

Closed early... yet again. Open sign was on, but the guy working had to take out his headphones to tell us he was closed at 8:30pm. Must have wanted to go play video games!

It's a gas station subway it's clean but station area dirty drink fountain were broken so if wanted drinks bought in station area no big
They send flyers out every now and then you can get a footlong sub for like $6.30 tax and all can't beat

Updated post: came here again on 9/7/22 and the girl said they were closed. It was 8:05 btw. They are supposed to close at 9 per Google. Why did I even try to come back??? I honestly think this is the store that their district manager is like “oh we know this store is a terrible store but at least someone is working it today”, meaning it’s always an issue. Apparently nothing has changed in the last 3 years since my last post. Good luck Subway bc you need it ?? . Me and my husband aren’t even surprised at this point… Last post from 3 yrs ago: TERRIBLE!!!! Don’t even try going in 5 min before they close because they will turn you away in a heartbeat!!! They have had terrible service for years and something needs to be done!!! This is ridiculous!!!

So I went to Subway this evening for dinner and I must say, I loved the lady working there. She was very kind and friendly. I was kind of concerned for her wondering if she ever gets any help because she has to make sandwiches and ring customers out but her humbling response was, it’s not that bad, she’s worked at busier locations. Also, the sandwiches she fixed were delicious. She definitely should be recognized for her Wonderful Customer Service! You’re amazing girly!
