They NEVER pick up the phone. Accidentally ordered here & needed to cancel the order because I'm at the hospital with my sick mother & they aren't answering as usual. This is the 3rd time I've tried to call this establishment for a question or issue with an order & they've never answered the phone. Pathetic.

Food could have been better tomatoes were old... Service was really good lady was very polite did not like the fact that their policy is if an online order comes on while you're there they have to take that first. Which is BS because I was there already. Staff explained and was polite about it. Corporate policy... Also their plastic bags are no longer it's paper and the paper bag didn't even make it out the door without ripping.. and the sandwiches weren't March they were all different

Blissful Euphoria
After traveling for 3 hours stopped in first first meal of the day. Toaster oven broken the vegetables displayed was not stocked so our choices on what we wanted to put on the sandwich was limited. With two people there and it not being busy. I would think it would be stocked so we would have to get the bottom on the container. Also the steak sandwich I received that was wrong not to warm the meat up!

Two of the poorest made sandwiches I've ever recieved from a Subway. Price was $6 more than I've paid at any other Subway for the exact same thing, because apparently they don't offer the same sandwich as all other locations I've been to. Definitely won't be coming here again. Every other Subway in saraland is WAY better; service, sandwich quality, and price.
They close at 9:00 PM, but turned me away at 8:40. There were three other customers behind me that got the same treatment.

It's a gas station subway it's clean but station area dirty drink fountain were broken so if wanted drinks bought in station area no big
